Everyone gathers in Kumud’s room as she sleeps, and they surprise her with warm birthday wishes. Badimaa kisses her forehead, and Kumud wakes up to find her family singing a birthday song. Overwhelmed with happiness, Kumud thanks them and expresses how blessed she feels to have such a loving family.
Meanwhile, Saras observes the celebration quietly from a distance, smiling at Kumud’s joy but hesitant to join in. Kumud notices his absence and wonders why he hasn’t wished her. Kumud stands on her bed, declaring that her birthday is special because of her family. She encourages everyone to enjoy the day freely.
As her family prepares her gift, Kumud searches for Saras, feeling disappointed that he hasn’t wished her yet. Saras, on the other hand, struggles to find an opportunity to wish her as interruptions keep pulling him away. Meanwhile, Ghuman grows increasingly bitter about Saras and Kumud’s growing connection.
She plots to manipulate Laxminandan and plans to disrupt Saras’s happiness. Elsewhere, Kumari secretly meets her boyfriend on the rooftop, but their meeting is cut short when Kusum arrives and grows suspicious. As the family prepares for the birthday celebrations, Saras contemplates calling Kumud to wish her.
He makes several attempts, but Kumud, wanting him to wish her in person, refuses to answer. She hopes he will gather the courage to face her and wish her directly. In another part of the house, Ghuman confronts Badimaa with taunts about Kumud. Badimaa responds confidently, expressing her belief that Kumud’s future will be bright and filled with love.
Ghuman, however, silently vows to sabotage Kumud’s happiness. Later, Kumud is visited by her school children, who present her with gifts and heartfelt poetry. Saras arrives during this moment but keeps his distance, listening quietly. Kumud teases him indirectly, hoping he will speak up, but Saras remains hesitant and leaves before she can confront him.
Meanwhile, Kumari discovers a letter addressed to Badimaa. When she hands it to her, Badimaa reacts angrily, refusing to discuss its contents and scolding Kumari for prying. Disturbed by the letter, Badimaa leaves the house to make a phone call.
At the phone booth, she speaks to an unknown person, warning them to stay away from her and Kumari. As she ends the call, she breaks down in tears, burdened by a secret from her past.
