Sachin and Sayali arrive home in an auto rickshaw. Paresh sees them. Sachin asks Sayali not to mention the car. Paresh questions why they came by auto. Sachin says Sayali’s house is far. Paresh asks where his car is. Sachin insists it’s in its usual place and tries to avoid the question.

The owner refuses, reminding Sachin that he hit a financer who is now the head of the drivers’ union. The financer has blacklisted Sachin, warning agencies not to hire him. The owner fears losing his own cars if he helps Sachin. Sachin tries to convince him, promising double profit, but the owner refuses. Sachin leaves, determined to find work, but struggles. He breaks down in frustration.
Meanwhile, Sayali meets Dilip. She notices his bike and asks whose it is. Dilip says it belongs to a friend and asks why she called him urgently. Sayali inquires about a moneylender, saying she needs to mortgage her gold bangles for ₹10,000. Dilip asks if Renu is tormenting her and offers to give her the money instead. Sayali questions how he will arrange it.
