Skull Blackmails Lazaro & Builds His Own Army. Hipolito Is Shocked. Flora Is Disqualified. Cardo & Task Force Agila Prepare To Capture Skull Dead Or Alive.
The episode begins with Elmo, Yolly and Bubbles discussing about the return of Skull and the danger he poses to their family and society. Meanwhile, Lazaro grabs Skull and shakes him silly, demanding to know why he had come back and what he wants.
The madman gloats and pulls out a grenade, all the while displaying his madness. He demands for the share of his money, much to the ire of Lazaro and Cedric. News of the mürdër of Major Romero comes on TV, and Hipolito and Lance are surprised to learn of the culprit.
Back at the rest house, Lazaro dumps some bags of money at the feet of the madman before demanding that he leave. Skull gloats as he slips away. In no time, he returns to his neighborhood in Sitio Kasanga to buy the territory and take over.
President Hidalgo makes his appearance at the wake to extend his condolences to the Romero couple. He then has a talk with Dela Cruz and his men, ultimately charging our favorite hero to get Dante dead or alive.
Lazaro delights himself in the apparent predicament of the madman and looks forward to the police finishing him off once and for all. While Cardo reflects on some memories with Romero and gets all dramatic, Skull assembles his equally miserable neighbors and he buys them all into his group.
At that moment, Cardo stares down at Romero’s remains with his signature death glare of vengeance. Lily isn’t happy that the president’s attention is now on Skull so she plots with Dr. Perez to remedy the situation. Skull riles up his men and charges them to be alert at all times for the inevitable arrival of Task Force Agila.
A couple of Marquez’s men spy on the group and soon report back Skull’s whereabouts. Dela Cruz charges Cardo to capture Skull and bring him dead or alive. Speaking of, the madman has his armed men stationed all around the community and he eagerly looks forward to the final showdown with our favorite hero.
Meanwhile, Cardo makes a solemn vow to Romero that they would finish off Skull this time. News of the increase in the bounty on Skull’s head is reported on TV and Lily watches and berates him, upset that he has taken away all the attention of the president with his madness.
Skull isn’t happy that he’s been tagged for only 4 million and so he begins to throw a fit. Cardo and the members of Task Force Agila gear up for the operation to capture Skull and they soon set off to the place.
Grandma Flora receives a phone call from the board of elections and she’s incredulous when she’s told that she’s disqualified from the elections because of the vote buying case filed against her by Councilor Gina and Captain Bart.
Gina and Bart are delighted when they receive the “good news” of Flora’s disqualification. Dr. Perez calls Diana on phone and asks her to pass on an urgent message to the president. Supposedly, Lily’s condition has worsened. Anyway, Diana proceeds to deliver the blasted message.
While Gina and Bart and their minions celebrate the success of their sinister scheme, Alyana and co discuss about the matter at home. The dumb president quickly shows up at the hospital to ask of Lilly’s condition and the rotten doctor blabbers about the pain she’s in.
Oscar goes to see the jezebel and insists on having another doctor see her if her condition doesn’t improve by tomorrow. The episode concludes with Cardo and Task Force Agila still on their way to go and face Skull.
