Patrick & Mia Share Intimate Moments. Zelda Breaks Down. A Mysterious Note Leaves Patrick On High Alert. Matmat Saves The Day.
Matmat arrives at Ok Hospital in such a good mood. He goes to see Dr. Anok for his therapy session but doesn’t make eye contact with him. The doctor reaffirms that he won’t pay him for his drawing unless he includes a butterfly to make it complete.
Matmat calls him a scammer, but the doctor says he just wants to help him overcome his fear. When Matmat states that his fear gets worse when he’s pressured, Dr. Anok points out that he needs to face it since it’s been affecting his brother as well.
Once he overcomes his fear, he’ll have a fresh start not only at work but in life. Patrick videos Mia as some more as they walk across park. Mia’s mood turns sour when she sees some kids playing nearby with their parents.
She states that she hates kids because of how naughty and needy they are, and Patrick expresses the direct opposite. Mia declares that she won’t have any kids with Patrick because she’ll get jealous when he showers them with løve and attention.
Patrick says there’ll be no need for that because his heart is big enough to løve them all. He notes that it’ll be great to have a mini version of either of them. He then takes a couple more videos for Madeth.
Mulling over this, Mia declares that she wants to have a baby with Patrick. She gets pretty loud about it and Patrick covers her mouth so she doesn’t embarrass him.
While dining together at the cafeteria at Ok Hospital, Gemma recalls Vincent’s promise to keep her in the loop with constant calls. As she stares at her phone screen blankly, the young resident doctor talks to Pogi about his reconciliation with his ex girlfriend.
Later at home, Madeth tells Gemma that Vincent called her earlier to ask for an update on Mia’s video and he was Miss Erica. Under her breath, Gemma whines about how Vincent called Madeth but not her.
When Madeth asks what she just said, Gemma brushes it off. A moment later, Madeth talks to Vincent to update him, going on about how he suspects that Gemma misses him.
Vincent considers calling her up so she doesn’t get upset with him and Madeth says he needs to chill out; she’ll give him the signal once the time is right. Upon arriving home, Mia hugs Patrick from behind and nags him to agree to a talk later in her room, with wine, cheese and more.
In no time, Matmat announces his arrival and Mia uses the situation to blackmail Patrick to agree to what she wants. Later, Matmat discusses has a talk with his brother about his recent session with Dr. Anok.
He brings up the bit he said about butterflies being a cure to illness and Patrick explains what he really meant. Matmat also recounts the doctor’s encouragement for him to face his fears, as well as how he had said that his brother was being affected.
Matmat asks if he’s also afraid of butterflies and Patrick says no. However, he’s also forced to move because of his phobia. Matmat says they need to face their fears so they don’t have to be moving around any longer and when Patrick asks if he can really do it, he changes the topic.
Typical. In the meantime, Dr. Anok goes to check up on Zelda in the company of his head nurses. He asked what happened to her and they’re all surprised when she recounts what happened after she left Mia’s place.
Zelda breaks down, saying that she’s not Ingrid and she doesn’t want to die. Olivia consoles her while Dr. Anok discusses the issue with Eden. Later in his office, the doctor talks to Olivia about the very same matter, wondering if Ingrid is really alive.
Dr. Anok can’t help but to worry that the situation could mean that Samuel and Mia are both in danger. Olivia says if it’ll be good if Ingrid is still alive, that way, there’ll be no more mystery because they’ll finally have some answers.
Once Matmat is fast asleep, Patrick tiptoes out of their room and sneaks into Mia’s. Mia urges him to join her in bed so they can get down to the “and more” part. Patrick however sits at the table with the wine and Mia reluctantly joins him.
Mia wants them to discuss about themselves and Patrick proposes that she’ll have a glass of wine every time she curses and uses mean words. Mia agrees and a moment later, Patrick carries her to the bed as she’s already drunk and wasted.
Mia murmurs that she’s happy Patrick and his brother returned to the mansion. After she falls asleep, Patrick wanders around the study and he’s taken aback to find a note “I’ll be back” lying on a table with an origami butterfly.
He begins to suspect that it was Zelda who left it. Speaking of, Zelda has another episode as she relives how Dipong had terrorized her. Olivia hurries over to calm her down and she insists on being transferred to a different hospital.
Patrick arrives before she’s moved and when he questions her about the note, Zelda admits that she put it there; apparently, Ingrid is alive and she had sent her letters and instructions. Zelda also claims that Ingrid is here inside Ok Hospital.
The next day, Patrick ponders over this while preparing fried rice and he almost burns it, what with him being preoccupied and all. Matmat alerts him and he reminds him of his session with Dr. Anok.
Dr. Anok sees off Tommy who’s been discharged from the hospital. Pogi has mixed feelings about it. Anyway, Matmat boards a bus to get to Jason’s restaurant and he runs into Tommy who recognizes him.
When Matmat makes mention of his phobia, Tommy urges him not to be like him who was trapped in the past. Suddenly, Tommy experiences a violent episode where there’s bømbings and k!llings and Matmat tries to calm him down while calling the hospital for help.
A moment later, Dr. Anok attends to Tommy who’s been readmitted into the hospital. In the garden, Matmat musters courage and strives to overcome his fear of butterflies by drawing one. He’s however unable to go through with it.
A moment later, Patrick rushes to the doctor’s office after hearing what happened, and he’s glad when the doctor tells him that his brother acted like a responsible adult and saved the day, in regards to Tommy.
Matmat reveals that he tried to draw a butterfly but he couldn’t. He recounts how Tommy had counseled him to not get stuck in the past.
