Dr. Anok examines the footage of Samuel’s breakdown, and it makes him recall how Tommy had told him about the tune he hears. The doctor proceeds to go and ask Zelda if he saw Samuel last night.
Zelda says she went out to get some fresh air but didn’t see him. Dr. Anok then asks if she had been humming. Zelda seems surprised for a moment but then, she speculates that it might have been the ghost.
Later, Dr. Anok asks Patrick to keep an eye on Zelda and report every little detail he notices to him. He believes that she’s hiding something from him and he promises to give him anything in return for his services.
While Matmat is going out, Mia nags him with questions. Upon learning that he’s going to meet his brother for dinner, Mia tags along. A moment later, they all dine together at Maravida Original.
Mia asks why they chose that place of all places and Matmat reveals that it’s Patrick’s favorite restaurant, and they used to come with their mother. The trio bond together as they eat.
The rain begins to fall just moments after they’re done, and they take shelter under their umbrellas. After the rain lets down, Patrick and Mia see Matmat off to board a jeepney. Mia then latches onto Patrick’s arm and asks to have coffee with him.
Vincent eats at the hospital cafeteria and Ms. Li engages. Gemma observes from a distance as he asks for a favor. Later, Gemma expresses her disapproval over her mother’s actions and Liwanag points out that she couldn’t turn him down because of the kind gesture he showed her.
Apparently, Vincent wants to rent at their place and Liwanag says it shouldn’t be a problem unless she likes him. Gemma makes clear that she doesn’t feel anything for him. She then reminds her mother that they don’t have any vacant room available.
Meanwhile, Mia begins flirting with a random guy as Patrick goes for their order. The guy, Anthony, notices and recognizes and he comes over to ask for an autograph. Mia obliges and she borrows her pen to sign for him.

At the mansion, Mia experiences writer’s block. Upon Matmat’s arrival, she asks him to come work with her but he’d rather rest and do so later. In the meantime, Nurse Eden attends to Samuel and tells him about her daughter who happens to be a writer.
Samuel is lucid and he engages her in conversation. Meanwhile, Mia goes to check up on Matmat and once he sees her in possession of Satsat (the doll), he asks her to return it. Mia refuses, declaring that it’s hers because Patrick gave it to her.
A game of tug of war ensues and they end up tearing the doll into two. Matmat lashes out at Mia and begins hitting her with a pillow and she returns the favor. Patrick arrives home to witness the pillow fight and he calls for order and tries to settle things.
At Ok Hospital, Eden asks Samuel about the løve letter she found among his things. Samuel asks for Olivia and begins acting out. Eden reminds him that she’s his nurse but that doesn’t help matters.
