Patrick Receives An Ominous Warning From Someone From The Past. Mia’s Breakdown Leaves Patrick Concerned.
At Ok Hospital, Tommy steals out of the ward to go and secretly meet Dr. Anok to give him the latest scoop on the rest of the patients. Mia gives the brothers a tour of the mansion, showcasing the library and other areas of the house.
She mentions Matmat’s requested payment, prompting him to reveal that they frequently relocate due to something following them. Mia asks if they’re being stalked, but Patrick dodges the question.
She then shows them their bedroom, exciting Matmat. An unknown observer watches from outside, their eyes fixed on the mansion’s windows.
Later, Matmat hears a buzzing noise while heading to the restroom and follows it downstairs to the brown door, where Mia appears and questions his actions. She tells him the tale of the Blue Beard, a rich man who brought home a new wife to the mansion.
He had showered her with luxury but had instructed her never to open the door to the deepest part of the palace. The woman had disobeyed and opened it when the man was away, and what did she find there? The corpses of the man’s former wives who were disobedient to him.
Matmat later recounts everything to Patrick, asking if Mia intended to scare her. Patrick replies in the negative, saying that maybe she didn’t want him wandering around and hurting himself since the house is pretty old.
Mia eavesdrops on them and smiles to herself. The next morning, Mia wakes up to find that the Gonzales brothers have tidied up the house and cleared all the dirt and cobwebs. Patrick had even gone to the market to prepare breakfast.
Mia sits down at the table to eat with them and as usual, she bothers Patrick with her requests. Dr. Anok checks up on Samuel but he barely responds to him. When Nurse Eden sits by his bedside, Samuel suddenly mentions that Mia’s mother is as beautiful as an angel from above.
In the meantime, Patrick and Matmat get ready to leave for work and Mia offers to give them a ride. Matmat is startled to see an older man staring at him through the car window on the other side.
When Mia asks who he is, the man says he’s Dipong, the longtime caretaker of the house. Mia says she doesn’t know him and Vincent hadn’t told him anything about him.
Dipong then reveals that he used to work with the housekeeper who was called Tessie. Mia impatiently waits in the car with Matmat while Patrick asks the man questions about his mother. Dipong claims that she wasn’t really mugged.
He urges him to leave the mansion with his brother before “she” returns. As Patrick tries to get him to tell who he means by that, Mia blows the car horn incessantly and Dipong runs off.
Upon arriving at the hospital, Matmat eagerly carries on to the mess hall to work on the painting before any distractions. Mia gladly tells Patrick that they should all be coming together from now on, but Patrick doesn’t want anyone to get the wrong idea.
While Matmat is drawing a view of the garden outside, Dr. Anok points out that he didn’t include any butterflies which are naturally attracted to flowers. Matmat won’t hear none of it so Dr. Anok drops it.
Meanwhile, Mia is sitting by herself on a bench when she notices someone spying on her. Nurse Patty asks Patrick of Mia’s whereabouts since the patients are waiting for her at the art class.
A moment later, Patrick spots Mia following someone. Mia confronts Elvie and the woman excitedly goes on about how she’s longed for them to be reunited.
Mia gets quite emotional asking if she’s really her mother and whether she came back for her. As Patrick spies, Elvie begins blabbering incoherently and Mia gets upset to realize that she’s not all that there.
Patrick comes over to take Elvie away, and nurse Patty talks to him about her psychosis condition and her actual daughter being dead. A moment later, the patients talk among themselves as they observe Mia standing quietly nearby.
When Bella goes to ask what lesson they’ll be having, Mia lashes out at her. Patrick later learns of what happened and he goes to look for Mia.
He finds her smoking and he asks if she had been bothered with the things Elvie said. Mia gets defensive and declares that her mother is dead so he should stop asking her questions about her.
