Mia turns to the man and demands an apology for disrupting her event. Appalled, the man justifies his actions and his wife brands Matmat a lunatic. Patrick objects to this, saying that his brother has autism.
As the man continues ranting, Mia grabs him by the hair and puts him in his place. A nosy vlogger engages her viewers on the trending story as they share mixed reactions.
Matmat confines himself in a room trying to process things. Patrick stops Mia from going inside, saying that his brother will come out when he’s ready. Mia then begins flirting with Patrick.
Suddenly, Dennis shows up with a box of hush money Vincent had given him. He confronts Mia and taunts her over his intention to write about her mother, as well as the fact that her father is a psychiatric patient.
He continuously provokes Mia and Patrick holds her back from pouncing on him. Vincent and Madeth are worried sick trying to track down Mia. Meanwhile, an infuriated Mia decides to go after Dennis.
Patrick urges her not to do whatever she’s planning. Mia retorts, asking if he likes her and can handle her. Patrick stands down and Mia storms off.
Upon catching up with Dennis at the top of the stairs, Mia confronts him and he taunts her yet again. The guy actually requests for an exclusive interview in exchange for his silence.
Not just that, he also wants to spend one night with her as a bonus. Mia indulges him and without warning, she sends him tumbling down the stairs. Dennis cries out in pain as Patrick comes upon the scene.
A moment later while the guy is being taken into an ambulance, Patrick calls her out for being so violent. Mia justifies her actions, declaring that a misogynist like him deserves to die.
After Patrick calms her down, Mia offers him a job but he turns it down, not wanting to be anywhere near her. Samuel is transferred from OK Hospital for the surgery.
Later that night, Matmat has a nightmare about the butterflies. It triggers him and Patrick strives to calm him down. The next day, Patrick decides to head back to Maravida with his brother.
Gemma gladly meets them halfway and takes them to their place near the sea. Gemma’s mother welcomes them and treats them to dinner. Vincent tries to talk to Mia about the trouble she caused with the nosy vlogger.
Mia doesn’t give her the time of day, saying that she has confidence in him. A moment later, Vincent arrives at the hospital with Madeth just in time to stop Vincent from badmouthing Mia to his followers on social media.
He tries in vain to settle the issue. As Dennis insists on suing Mia and exposing her, Mia saunters in and plays an audio recording of Dennis’ inappropriate proposition, leaving Vincent and Madeth in disbelief.
Mia turns the tables on him with this, compelling him to change his narrative. Patrick visits the scene of his mother’s death with some flowers. He recounts how he and his brother have survived all this time.
At Ok Hospital, Gemma briefs Patrick about a new patient; Cynthia, a middle-aged woman with an identity disorder. As a result of trauma from her father, she believes she’s an 8 year old called Little Chin-Chin.
Patrick helps another nurse to prepare her room and as they attend to her, Zelda, another patient suffering from depression, welcomes her.
