“Aster tells Jasmin she thinks Zandro has feelings for her, but Jasmin isn’t ready for love and just wants to clear her name and get her daughter back, while Tyrone wrestles with guilt over his past mistakes.”
The police were asking Lily whether she knew who could have hurt her husband or if there was any motive behind it, but she said she didn’t.
When she was shown Stephanie’s photo and asked who she was, she told them she couldn’t help because she was still in disbelief over what had happened to her husband.
Iris sent them away, saying Lily would talk to them later, then told Lily not to say anything, as Vitto would handle everything.
Tyrone expressed his disappointment for not being able to do his work properly and felt he had let Vitto down, but Iris assured him he’d get many opportunities to make up for it.
Zandro was leaving after bringing Jasmin to Aster’s home. He reminded her that if she was planning to do anything else, she should inform him, as he had his mission too and didn’t want them to end up fighting.
She assured him she understood, as she needed his help too in getting justice. Later, Aster came to Jasmin, telling her she had noticed Zandro had feelings for her.
Jasmin laughed it off, saying that was the last thing on her mind, as all that mattered to her now was clearing her name and getting back her daughter. Aster asked her to be honest and whether she didn’t have even slight feelings for Zandro.
“After what that bastard Tyrone did to me, I won’t be fooled again, ma’am. I’ll never trust anyone again that easily.” Jasmin affirmed.
Aster didn’t push further but hoped Jasmin didn’t close her heart, as from what she had seen, Zandro seemed sincere, trustworthy, and reliable.
Tyrone was looking at a photo of Jasmin and her parents, remembering working with her father in some illegal dealings. Her father had told him he was about to be with his family, as he had been away from them for too long.
They were talking when the police raided them and started shooting everyone around. The man was later shot, but before dying, he gave Tyrone a photo of his family, entrusting him to help them and ensure they lived a better life.
Tyrone came back to reality as he sobbed, recalling how he came to San Remo, accidentally injuring himself but still managing to get to Jasmin’s place, where he passed out in front of their house and was found by Jasmin.
Erick was showing Zandro the police report that cleared the Buenavidezes’ name regarding the illegal firearms that had been seized. Zandro wasn’t surprised, as he had anticipated something like this, especially since those goods weren’t shipped to their intended destination.
Meanwhile, Tyrone suggested to Vitto that they switch to robotics to lessen their workload and require fewer people to trust. Vitto told him they were doing well since Iris took over but would put his suggestion into consideration.
Lily told Camilla about her father’s death, but the child refused to accept it. Jasmin went to the girl and tried to help her understand by sharing her own story.
Tyrone went to a cemetery to visit one of the men who had been killed during the police raid along with Jasmin’s father. He recalled how he had sent money to every family, including the bag that he had placed in front of Jasmin’s home.
As he was leaving, he saw Rosita’s memorial wall and recalled how the woman had warned him about her daughter. Jasmin came there with Zandro to visit her mom for her birthday, while Tyrone was still there, sobbing.
Before they arrived, Tyrone had already left. After she finished reflecting on memories of her mom, Zandro told her they should leave, as he had received a call.
While leaving, she saw Tyrone’s back and chased after him to see if it was really him, but he quickly drove off, leaving her wondering.
