“Zandro finally corners Jasmin, but a sudden accident makes him doubt her guilt, while Iris closes in unaware Zandro has uncovered something that could change everything”
Zandro held Lavender as he called her Jasmin Flores. He looked at her in disbelief, telling her she really was something because he had been searching for her for ages. He tried to take her with him, but she pushed him and started running, only to stop when he fired his gun.
He asked her what she was planning, and she told him she had no intention of turning herself in. Jasmin told him she wasn’t the enemy and was ready to explain everything. Using her skills, she fought him and ran off.
Meanwhile, Aster went to Jasmin’s room but found her gone. Dahlia thought it was for the best because their lives would be more peaceful without her, but Aster angrily retorted that she didn’t know anything, explaining she was helping Jasmin for Mira’s sake.
Zandro eventually caught Jasmin after a heated fight between them. He put her in handcuffs and started driving, demanding she tell him what she wanted to say and make him understand.
Elsewhere, Iris was still fixated on Jasmin’s case, despite offering a reward, there was still no lead. Vitto asked her to let Harry handle it, but she preferred doing it herself. She couldn’t believe Jasmin had still gotten close to them despite the level of security they had.
“I won’t let her harm you again. I promise you that,” Vitto said. “No. I’ll promise myself that. She won’t even be able to lay a finger on me,” Iris countered.
She told him she would use Jasmin’s child to get to her since the reward wasn’t working. Meanwhile, Zandro tried to understand Jasmin, and as they talked and tried to reach an agreement, he lost control of the car due to the injury he sustained while fighting her and ended up crashing.
Zandro regained consciousness at the hospital and was shocked to learn Jasmin had brought him there. He wanted to know why, and she explained her conscience couldn’t handle leaving him. She insisted she wasn’t the enemy and only pretended to be someone else to clear her name.
A doctor entered to check on Zandro, and when he told him to call security, Jasmin quickly escaped before she could be caught. He alerted the hospital staff to close every exit so Jasmin couldn’t get out.
Jasmin tried to leave but had to stay back after realizing it was impossible since the hospital was on lockdown. Meanwhile, one of the guards called Vittorio to inform him Jasmin was at the hospital, hoping he would get the reward.
Jasmin returned to Zandro’s room to retrieve her things but was seen by him. She tearfully explained she was neither a murderer nor a thief but the victim.
She told him what the Buenavidez family did to her, how they made her look guilty, and confessed she became Lavender just to gather evidence against them and clear her name. While she was talking, the Buenavidez family was approaching Zandro’s room.
When they entered, Iris and Vittorio questioned Zandro about Jasmin’s whereabouts, knowing she brought him to the hospital. Zandro gave them another explanation and didn’t reveal where she was.
Vittorio refused to believe him, but Zandro reminded him that he was not his superior, so he had no right to interrogate him. While trying to leave, Jasmin bumped into a doctor who immediately recognized her as the woman they were looking for, prompting the police to chase her.
She managed to escape the hospital, and before security could catch her, Tommy arrived with a car. She hopped in, and they drove off safely. The guard who informed Vittorio about Jasmin came to claim the reward, but Vitto angrily told him to leave.
Iris wondered if Jasmin had told Zandro anything when they crossed paths, and Vitto hoped she hadn’t. She told her father they needed to find Jasmin before Zandro did, unaware that Zandro had overheard their conversation.
Jasmin returned home as Aster thanked her for coming back and begged her not to leave again. Jasmin told her about the conversation she overheard between Aster and Mira, about Aster needing Jasmin to find her missing daughter.
Eric told Zandro that Jasmin was unbelievable because he ended up in the hospital after dealing with her, and Zandro explained he was hospitalized due to the accident.
While Eric continued talking about Jasmin and how she still managed to escape, Zandro looked through the bag she left and found a brush. “She was telling the truth,” he muttered.
