Tomas’ Phone Call Sparks Old Wounds for Gabriela. Miguel Orchestrates His Merciless Revenge Plan To The Letter.
In Sagada, Andres and his family feast together with their fellow tribespeople to celebrate their new beginning. At a restaurant, Gabriela orders some food for the group meeting.
Tomas is first to arrive and he leaves his phone on the table to use the restroom. Lo and behold, a phone call comes in from Philip and Gabriela picks up. Philip talks right away, asking for them to meet at their rendezvous place earlier.
An upset Gabriela questions her father and demands to know what’s been going on with him and Tomas behind her back. Philip comes clean regarding the fake marriage and all.
Once Tomas resurfaces, Gabriela dumps his phone on him and walks away. Tomas goes after her and strives to explain things out to her. Gabriela laments over how he had connived with her father to fool her.
Tomas mentions that Phillip had done what he did out of løve and concern. Nevertheless, Gabriela questions Tomas’ loyalty before walking out on him again. Meanwhile, Max goes shopping for a pair of dresses for the anniversary of her moms.
Some kids on a motorcycle spy on Teddy and Lorena as they make preparations for their big day. Others also spy on Philip and Shari at the restaurant. Baste shows up at Ninong’s place, seeking to reconcile with his brother.
Outside, some kid lingers around with a trash bag. With phase two of his plan already in motion, Manuel vows to make his enemies pay for losing his son. Ninong calls Tomas on the phone and urges him to come home because his brother wants to patch things up with him.
In the meantime, Max’s parents receive a package from the kids on the motorbikes, thinking that it’s from their daughter. JB hangs out with Greg and Manuel for a while before leaving, quite excited to go and pick up his father.
Gabriela reflects on the recent incidents with her father and the things Tomas had said to her. Having set up cameras to observe his targets, Manuel proceeds to call Greg on the phone to taunt him with a mocking threat.
Greg then calls JB and the others to notify them, urging them to stay on high alert.When Miguel insinuates that they might not be the only ones in danger, Max desperately tries to contact her moms on the phone.
They don’t pick up because they’re busy dancing. JB calls his father to urge him to be careful and stay close to the guards. Tomas also calls his uncle and urges him to check his surroundings for any spy.
When Gabriela calls me her father on the phone, he refrains from answering, thinking that she’s going to lash out at him. Just then, Baste open the door to go and check outside. A trash bag which lies in the doorway blows up in an instant.
Tomas is startled by the sound of the eruption through the phone. As Max and hurries home, Teddy and Lorena excitedly open the package, only for it to blow up in their faces. On their way out of the restaurant, Shari urges Philip to pick up as Gabriela keeps calling nonstop.
Shari heads to the car a moment before goons on a motorbike launch a grenade which falls near her. Philip makes a desperate attempt to save her but it’s already too late as another explosion knocks him and Shari down. Manuel watches the carnage casually from the comfort of his lair.
