Gabriela’s Capture & Defiance. Miguel’s Quick Thinking Saves His Family. Andres Pursues Kenji Through The Snow.

Andres tails a couple of the Rai Jins but he backs up when they see him. Miguel brings his family to the safehouse in Bugias and asks them to rest. In the meantime, Edward orders his lackeys to hunt down their target.

Christene gets pretty worked up over the situation. She asks what’s going on and Miguel merely promises their safety. Greg meets up with an acquaintance called Misaki and she welcomes him back, giving off vibes that they used to be an item or so.

She takes him to her tea room where they have small talk and catch up. Tired from all the walking, Tomas decides to play around in the snow and he pulls Gabriela down with him. Gabriela doesn’t take it kindly and lectures him to stay on the mission.

Upon noticing some Rai Jins nearby, Tomas subtly points them out and they blend in so as to not raise suspicion. Once they’re gone, Gabriela ditches Tomas to focus on the mission.

Max tells JB about how she’s always dreamed of becoming a soldier right from her childhood. She hopes her case really gets reviewed so she could be reinstated. JB wishes her the best.

Gabriela regroups with Andres and she resolves to tail the group he had encountered before. As Greg parts ways with Misaki, he assures her that there’ll come a time when they can finally be together.

Andres receives a photo of his brother from Ma’am Cristy and when he confirms that it’s indeed his brother, she reveals that he had gotten sick and died. Refusing to believe it, Andres urges her to cross-check the records and the woman insists that she’s not mistaken.

After Cristy hangs up, a colleague tells her that she did the right thing because it’s hard to meddle with that particular case. Meanwhile, Miguel stays on the lookout and when he spots a couple of Edward’s lackeys, he asks his family to hide in a room and not come out no matter what.

Gabriela unfortunately gets jumped by a couple of the Rai Jins and she makes a futile attempt to fight them off. They capture her and take her somewhere else. A moment later, Max and Andres find Gabriela’s scarf on the floor and they go looking for her.

The leader of the Rai Jin group interrogates Gabriela about Kenji Lee and when she defies them and curses at them, the guy knocks her out. Miguel retrieves his family and gets them out of the hideout just in time before Edward storms the place with his henchmen.

As the rest of the team continues their search, Andres spots Kenji and notifies the Contractor and he’s told to stay on him. Max considers tracking down Gabriela but Greg declares that the mission comes first.

The Rai Jins give Gabriela the chance to get away with the intention of tailing her to Kenji. Gabriela escapes and borrows someone’s phone to call her teammates. She tells them that she’s fine and needs to lie low for obvious reasons.

In the meantime, Andres engages Kenji and battles it out with him in the snow. Kenji however manages to slip away. He runs into two Rai Jins and he takes them out and carries on. On Greg’s orders, JB and the rest of the team regroup at the safehouse.

Gabriela shakes off the tails on her before joining them. Later, Greg asks Andres what happened and he admits that he wasn’t focused because of the news he heard about his brother.

Greg asks if it’s been confirmed and Andres says he’s going to find out for sure once their current mission is over. Having overheard the conversation, Tomas later talks to Andres about how he wished he was his brother.
