Gabriela’s Plan Unfolds. Miguel Is Caught In A Tight Spot. Andres Finds A Promising Lead on His Brother. Greg Accepts A New Contract.
Miguel doesn’t fight Christine on her decision this time but fully supports it, taking her by surprise. He however hopes that he can visit and they could be a family again.
Meanwhile, Max goes out of her way to anonymously donate to a foundation on the verge of closing down. The sisters are delighted and grateful when they find the money outside the door, with a thank you note revealing that Max had been one of their beneficiaries.
General Mariano gives the Contractor a new contract – the rescue of a Chinese businessman from some kidñappérs. For some reason, Greg turns down the job. At home, one of Max’s moms urges her to check up on JB, and she resolves to call him on the phone and ask him out for coffee.
Gabriela meets up with Tomas and tells him that she’s accepting his offer because she really needs it. Tomas makes her call him handsome before giving her the money. Gabriela then asks for another favor – for him to spy on Shari and prove to her father that she’s just using him for his money.
Greg takes Sim to his base of operations, and the guy notes that he had rejected the easy mission because it’s probably not connected to Raven. Greg reveals Isabel’s claims of Raven still being alive.
While Andres continues the online search for the captain of the Marina Pacifica, Tomas joins Shari’s yoga class to spy on her and Rafael her instructor for Gabriela. Observing through the hidden camera, Gabriela urges Tomas to report their interactions since she suspects them.
At a coffee shop, Max gives JB the cupcakes from her mom, going on about how they’re all worried about him. JB assures her that he’s okay. Tomas struggles to keep up with Shari and the others.
The mission goes awry and he’s unable to get any damning evidence. Later, he meets up with Gabriela and updates her, stating that nothing seems to be going on between Shari and her instructor. Gabriela gets upset when he brands her as too judgemental.
After getting into contact with the captain, Andres discovers that Jun had been taken to the BSWP and his social worker was called Cristine Cunanan. Grandma Esang gets really excited at the thought of seeing her other grandson again.
In the meantime, the police show up at Miguel’s house to arrest him for Jake’s mûrdër, having been caught on camera near the scene of the crime.
When Edward learns of Miguel’s arrest, he orders his henchmen to keep an eye on his ex-wife.
Trina recommends JB a promising clinical trial which could help stop the progression of his illness. If he decides to go, he’ll have to stay in the States for a year for therapy and follow-up.
Meanwhile, General Mariano introduces Greg to a comrade and they offer him a high priority contract for his group. Their job is to capture Kenji Lee, a ruthless assassin who had k!lled Benicio Avila, a prominent senator who had been on the verge of running for the presidency.
Greg is reluctant to accept this contract too and they urge him to do it for the country. After failing to contact Miguel, Greg proceeds to brief the rest of the team about their new mission.
JB points out that they’re going to face not just one k!ller but also the organization behind the assassination. Greg stresses that the target must be captured alive. Speaking of, Kenji is surrounded by some Japanese gangsters and when they attack, he fends them off and escapes.
Meanwhile, Miguel calls the Contractor to request for his help and in no time, Greg informs the team that Miguel won’t be joining the mission for personal reasons.
