Incognito Episode 22

JB Pledges To Fight For His Father’s Freedom. Miguel Is Caught In A Tight Spot. Team Incognito Undertake Their Next Mission.

General Mariano addresses the press at a conference, announcing that they have in custody some individuals who are involved in corruption. Tomas watches the live broadcast as he has dinner with his uncle at a restaurant somewhere.

JB goes to see his father at where he’s being detained and he promises to do everything in his power to get him out. In the meantime, Greg takes a look at some classified files which include a file on Andres.

While Phillip dines together with his mistress at home, Gabriela shows up and catches the tailend of their conversation. When she learns of her father’s decision to sell the rest house in Tanay, she offers to buy it since it was her mother’s.

Shari taunts her, asking if she has 30 million and Gabriela sharply cuts her off and puts her in her place. Phillip lectures her and Gabriela responds in kind and carries on. At a firing range, JB engages in some target practice as he reflects on some moments with his father.

When Max fails to reach him on the phone, she sends him a text message. Later that night, JB talks to the Contractor about his father’s situation, itching to deal with Elcano. Greg urges him to be patient and trust him.

Andres goes to see JB at his place to apologize to him for how things had turned out, admitting that he had wronged the group big time. He takes the blame for what happened to his father. JB says he’s not at fault.

Andres then tells him about the things Isabel had told him. Meanwhile, Miguel is tørtüred for information on some 20 million. Apparently, Jake was in business with them and was to deliver the boss’ money.

They had witnessed and even videoed his mûrdër – Miguel had k!lled Jake so they believe he took their money. Max meets up with Sevi’s mother to return the ring so she can finally move forward.

She apologizes for everything, lamenting over how she and Sevi had both lost their dreams as Sevi died trying to save her. The woman sympathizes with her and consoles her, saying that she deserves to be happy.

Later that night, Tomas and the other members of the team honor Andres’ bonfire invite. When Miguel shows up, he’s asked about the bruises on his face and he claims he was jumped by street thugs.

Anyway, Andres apologizes to the guys for how he messed up their last contract, adding that he’s leaving the group. Tomas goes on about his real intention of joining the group as a Private Military Contractor, and Max and the others share their reasons as well.

Eventually, they sing along to a cheesey song as Andres plays the guitar.  The next day, the team waits for the Contractor at the headquarters for details on their new contract.

As Andres walks town asking for directions to the Marina Pacifica, Greg pulls over, saying that he wants him to take part in the new contract. Andres reluctantly gets in the car.

Greg is briefed about the dealings of Sameo Patel, a notorious drug lord who has been causing havoc in Mt. Talimba. The entire incognito team is needed to go up against him and take him down. The team is delighted, Tomas the most, when the Contractor arrives with Andres in tow.

In no time, the Contractor briefs the team on the details and goal of the mission. After Andres dines with his grandma, she reveals that the land that had been stolen from them is being sold at a whooping 20 million.

Meanwhile, Max decides to finally let go and close the chapter of her life with Sevi, boxing up his keepsakes and deleting his number on her phone.
