Andres Commences His Solo Mission. The Exchange Deal Goes Horribly Wrong, Sparking A Father’s Wrath & Thirst For Vengeance.
Miguel buys canned beer from a shop and as he’s about to drink it, he refrains from doing so and chucks it away. Meanwhile, Andres tracks down Vincent who’s now older and in a wheelchair.
He asks him about his kidnapping since his brother Francisco whom they called Kiko or Jun, was also taken on the same day. Vincent recalls a Kiko, adding that they had all been separated at some point because there were a lot of them who were taken.
He laments over how they had been marked like animals. Andres apologizes as he presses for more details. Vincent then recounts that everyone involved in the kidnappings had a tattoo of a sword and a fire.
With Donato as a bargaining chip, General Novilla manages to strike an exchange deal for Takako. Out of nowhere, Donato swipes a gun from one of the guards and Novilla, Greg and co points their guns at him.
Timor charges his son to drop the gun, only for him to shoot himself, leaving everyone in disbelief. Ambassador Rai hasn’t recovered from the shock, knowing full well what’s bound to happen next. Timor breaks down over the loss of his only son.
Without wasting time, he goes to confront the Ambassador’s daughter, holding her at güñpoint. Unfazed and embracing her fate, Takako steps forward and Timor executes her. Ambassador Rai breaks down over his daughter’s death.
He asks the General to get him Timor and make him pay. Novilla updates Greg about the recent incidents. He offers him a new contract to capture Timor alive at any price.
In no time, the Contractor summons the team to tell them about the new job with a bigger reward. If they’re able to pull off the mission, the General will also have all of them reinstated.
In the meantime, Timor leaves Clover in charge while he travels somewhere to attend to important matters. JB reflects on the incidents leading to his discharge from the military and his mother’s death.
Max’s comes up next as she recalls a botched mission. The commander had ordered them to abort at some point but Max disobeyed orders to rescue Sevi and some others. Ironically, Sevi had gotten fatally shot.
Max was discharged from the service for insubordination. If Sevi died, then who has she been talking to? Anyway, Miguel’s comes up next and obviously it’s drunkenness on the job which had been his undoing.
Tom had washed out before completing his training after he had been accused of stealing. For Andres, he had been charged with homicide in the clash over the tribal land which led to his father’s death. All the team members accept the mission, except Andres.
Surprised with his decision, Greg asks for his reason and he notes that he’s fine where he is. He however asserts that he’s going to do his part to help. In no time, Greg briefs the team on the plan to extract Timor out of the headquarters in Cerdova.
Upon arriving in the Italian city with new identities, Greg meets up with a contact called Christoff for assistance, and the guy cautions that the CIA will deny any involvement in his operation if they get caught.
The team gets together in a restaurant as Andres reads an online article about the rise of kidnappings in the city, and it’s obvious why he had decided to tag along. JB stresses that they must keep a low profile and avoid trouble, but who’s he kidding.
Max steps outside to answer a phone call from her mother, only to be harassed by some guys. She’s compelled to take them on. Andres backs her up upon hearing the commotion. Tom joins in on them fun.
The team escapes before the police arrive on the scene, with Tom bumping into a young lady in the process. A moment later, Greg lectures them, reminding them that the mission always comes first, personal issues and emotions go out the door.
They’re fortunate that his CIA contact had intervened and reported the incident as a mere bar fight. Max thanks Andres for the help, reminding him that she knows how to defend herself. Andres acknowledges that and apologizes.
