Incognito Episode 5

JB & His Team Feature A Deadly Showdown In Enemy Territory. The Contractor Paves The Way for a Narrow Escape.

The Incognito Team make good use of the vehicles of the enemies they had disposed off to speed up their escape. Eventually, they run into further resistance from Clover and some more guerrillas.

JB and his teammates take on the enemies and thin their numbers. Diamond gets hit and he urges his cousin to k!ll the enemies. Clover fires off a couple of shots from his hiding position as the incognito team slips away.

Meanwhile, the older woman treats Takako’s fever and tends to her wounds. Again, Takako pleads with her to help her so she can go back to her father. The woman takes a look at her foot and points out that she won’t be able to get far in her condition.

Takako then asks if she’s going to help her. The team retraces their steps and find their way back to the fishing community where they navigate with caution, remaining on high alert. By this time, Max has taken cover in a covert place and deployed a drone to be their eyes in the sky.

As expected, the team is attacked by a couple of the folks in the fishing community and one shoots Andres in the leg. They hold off the enemies and eventually, JB disposes of the wave with a grenade, only for them to realize that they’ve lost their target to the hostiles before they could even reach exit point Alpha.

Clover makes his escape with Donato and some lackeys, and he asks Heart to take Donato off the island. The team goes after them with everything they’ve got. Eventually, Donato tries to make a quick getaway with a boat and Andres grabs him and threatens his life.

Heart’s reaction shocks them both – she declares that she doesn’t give a damn because she wants to k!ll him herself. Andres shields the package with his body as Heart fires and ends up taking a bullet in his arm. JB guns her down.

Donato whines as he’s being taken away, blabbering on and on about how they would never get out of the island alive. In the meantime, Clover rounds up more men and sends them after the fleeing targets.

As the team strives to hold them off upon reaching exit point Alpha, Greg shows up to back them up, taking out a handful of the enemy with a turreted machine gun. He then takes them into the boat and off they go, but not before covering their tracks with a couple of rockets from a bazooka.

Once they’re in the clear, Greg commends the team for a job well-done. Takako wanders through the forest and ends up passing out. She’s found by a couple of Timor’s men. After delivering the package, Greg gives the team members their pay and Tom in particular takes his 1.5 million with such excitement.

While Andres boards a bus headed back home, Max heads to a restaurant for a food tasting for her upcoming wedding. Sevi calls to notify her that he won’t be able to make it because the Colonel wants him to stay longer. He however promises that their wedding is going to be great.

JB spends the night with a girl and asks her to leave after experiencing discomfort in his arm. And leave does she leave, quite upset. Anyway, JB consults with Dr. Trina about his condition, wondering if it’s going to get him the same way it did his mother.

Upon returning home, Tom organizes a food program for the local kids. His uncle counsels him to save up and not spend so much money like that and he throws him a cheeky response. Tom then gives him some of the money, of which he’s quite grateful.

Andres talks to his grandma about his plan for them to legally reclaim their land, adding that he’s on the right path to finding Jun (his brother). JB visits the grief altar to reminisce about his mother.

His father, the ex-army chief comes over and urges him to quit his job before he dies in it as a disappointment and without any sort of legacy. Esang shows her grandson a video of Vincent, a victim of a kidnapping being interviewed.

As the young guy talks about his ordeal, it brings back memories of the time Jun had been kidnapped during their childhood. Meanwhile, Max returns home to her family and she’s received warmly by Lorena her mother and Teddy.

This contrasts Miguel who crashes his son’s birthday party to wish him and give him a gift. The boy seems closed off with him and as he tries to get through to him, his ex-wife shows up and gets in his way.

This leads to an altercation between her new partner and Miguel, and she kicks him out after Miguel shoves him down. Meanwhile, Max receives a phone call from Sevi.

He tells her that he also wants a simple wedding for them, and she shouldn’t worry about mother anymore because he’ll take care of her. Max merely responds by saying that she misses him.
