Ivy Strives To Ensure The Safety of the Witnesses. The Ambush, The Trial & The Pursuit.

Ivy took immediate action to protect the witnesses, hiring more guards and instructing them to secure the safe house. She tried to confirm the information Diego provided about Arnaldo knowing their location, but she wasn’t sure if she could trust Raul.

Jepoy agreed to investigate and verify the information. As the witnesses grew suspicious of the added guards, a couple received a call from Arnaldo, instructing them to retrieve their daughter.

Believing it was a genuine call, they escaped the safe house, leaving Ivy frantic and trying to locate them. Arnaldo’s true intentions were revealed as he used the couple’s daughter as leverage to extract information about the safe house’s location.

Arnaldo and his men ambushed the safe house, overpowering the guards and capturing most of the witnesses. Tonyo managed to escape and alert Ivy. She received a text from Jepoy, informing her that Tonyo was safe, and they planned to reunite with him.

As Ivy and Diego arrived to meet Tonyo, they were met with Arnaldo’s men, who were lying in wait. Ivy cleverly used the car lights to blind Arnaldo, allowing them to escape. However, they were pursued by Arnaldo’s men and forced to flee into the forest.

Jepoy intervened, shooting one of the attackers, and helped Ivy and Diego escape. The trial against the Ardientes began, and Ivy attended, pretending to support them.
