Ivy’s Plan Bears Fruit As The Ardientes Are
Betrayed. Jepoy’s Mission Goes Sideways.
The courtroom was shocked when Tonyo recanted his statement, claiming he had lied to get money from the Ardientes. The Ardientes’ smiles were short-lived, as Ivy’s determination to take them down remained unwavering.
Despite the lack of evidence, Ivy had promised to protect Tonyo’s family, and she made good on that promise, taking them abroad to keep them safe. Ivy regrouped, deciding to approach Senator Magno, a rival of the Ardientes, to aid in her quest for justice.
Jepoy, still loyal to Ivy, offered to help gather information from the Ardientes. Meanwhile, Camia attended a party, despite Ivy’s warnings, and was ambushed by Emilia, who wanted to intimidate her. Ivy intervened, preventing further escalation, but Emilia’s suspicions about Ivy’s connection to Camia grew.
Emilia’s trap for Camia backfired, and Ivy’s timely intervention prevented further violence. However, Emilia’s distrust of Ivy deepened, and she began to investigate their connection. Julio, too, grew more suspicious of Ivy, ordering Arnaldo to keep a close eye on her.
Madrigal, still working secretly with Ivy, was caught snooping for Senator Magno’s files. Julio’s suspicions were aroused, and he installed surveillance cameras to monitor Madrigal’s movements. Madrigal, however, managed to retrieve the files and remove the camera bug.
Ivy met with Senator Magno, renouncing her support for the Ardientes and seeking his help in taking them down. Meanwhile, Jepoy’s bug captured crucial information about the Ardientes’ plans, but he was caught and tortured for his involvement.
