Saving Grace Episode 22

“Helena manipulates Anna into believing Miranda was her father’s mistress, leading to a painful fallout between the two women, while Jessica learns the shocking truth that Anna is her sister”

Sarah went to Jessica to ask about Miranda. Jessica paused, recalling the moment she saw Julius and Anna together, then reluctantly told Sarah that she had been too busy and hadn’t spoken to Miranda. Sarah asked if she knew of any job openings since she was looking for work.

Jessica was about to walk away but stopped and told Sarah to stay put, assuring her that her daughter would get back to her soon. While walking , Sarah noticed that Oscar was following her. She got into his car and demanded to know why he was tailing her.

He handed her a bottle of water and began questioning her about Grace, mentioning the bloodstains they found on the child’s clothes. Sarah pretended to know nothing and shifted the blame to Anna, saying Anna must have hurt the girl. Oscar gave her one last chance to confess whether Chito had harmed Grace, but Sarah insisted she knew nothing.

He pressed further, but Sarah, unwilling to talk, got out of the car. As she walked away, Oscar glanced at the bottle of water Sarah had drunk from and left behind, smiling knowingly. Anna arrived at Grace’s new school to watch her perform but couldn’t get in after spotting the police.

She tried sneaking inside by pretending to deliver some items but was stopped by the principal, who told her that Miranda had already arranged for her to be allowed in. Elsewhere, Sarah nervously told Chito about her encounter with Oscar, saying she suspected he had evidence against them based on how he acted.

Chito grew angry and demanded to know what kind of evidence, insisting it wasn’t like they were hiding Grace. Sarah said that Oscar thought he had killed the child. Chito couldn’t believe he was being blamed again and lashed out, accusing Sarah of betraying him before and possibly doing it again.

Crying, Sarah pleaded that he was all she had left. She managed to calm him down and told him she suspected Miranda was hiding Anna. Chito told her to focus on Jessica, believing she might know something. At the school, Grace was about to perform with her classmates but seemed distracted, not seeing her mother.

Her mood instantly lifted when she spotted Anna cheering for her. After her performance, Grace ran to her mother and said she thought she wouldn’t come, Anna reminding her of her promise — and now she had kept it. Later, they had a video call with Miranda.

Grace excitedly shared about her performance and said it was the first time someone close to her had come to watch her. Miranda curiously asked if Sarah had ever attended any of her performances, and Grace replied no, saying Sarah thought people would gossip about her.

Anna thanked Miranda for helping her fulfill her promise to Grace, but while still on the call, she noticed Miranda seemed unwell. When she asked if she was okay, Miranda brushed it off, saying she was fine but had an important call to make before hanging up.

That evening, Helena visited Anna to tell her she had spoken with the inn’s buyer. Anna was shocked that Helena planned to sell it. She protested, saying the inn was the last thing left of Antonio, and that if Princess and Erin found out Helena was selling it for her, it would only worsen their relationship.

Helena questioned whether Anna even wanted to see her siblings again, reminding her that leaving them for good was what she wanted. Anna said she thought Helena wanted to help her, but it seemed like she was trying to get rid of her. Helena insisted she was only doing it to protect her.

Anna begged her not to sell the inn, promising to find another way to raise the money. Helena, however, stood firm, saying the next step was getting Anna out of the country because she didn’t trust Miranda. Anna defended Miranda, saying she was a good person who had done so much for them.

Helena asked if she had ever wondered why Miranda was being so kind and said it was because Miranda wanted something from her. Anna demanded to know what happened between them, as she couldn’t just turn her back on someone who had done so much for her.

“Do you really want to know? She was your father’s mistress,” Helena lied.

The next morning, Anna was packing her things, preparing to leave Miranda’s house. A shocked Miranda asked what was going on, and Anna angrily confronted her, demanding to know why she was helping her. Miranda couldn’t believe Anna still didn’t trust her.

When Miranda tried to stop her, Anna accused her of being her father’s mistress the reason she was helping her, hoping for forgiveness. She said she had trusted Miranda and that she should have told her the truth from the start. Miranda denied being a homewrecker.

She admitted she had an affair with Antonio but insisted she was never his mistress and accused Helena of being the real one who had taken him away. Their argument intensified until Miranda’s pain resurfaced and she fainted. Meanwhile, Ashley went to the private investigator Miranda had hired to find her daughter, hoping to dig up something to use against her.

She lied about searching for her boyfriend and distracted the man by spilling coffee on him, then searched through his files while he went to clean up.Jessica soon received a call informing her that her mother had been rushed to the hospital — unaware that Sarah and Chito were following her.

Their car got stuck, and Sarah quickly took another ride to continue following Jessica. Chito was recognized by someone but escaped after the police arrived. At the hospital, Jessica questioned Anna about whether anyone else had seen her. Anna said it was Helena who brought Miranda and she’s only there to ensure Miranda is safe.

Jessica blamed Anna for what happened to Miranda after Anna explained the earlier commotion, Jessica told her to stay away, saying she didn’t want her mother getting dragged into Anna’s mess. Anna assured her not to worry — she and Grace wouldn’t stay in their lives for long. Jessica threatened to have her arrested if she saw even a strand of her hair near them.

“After everything I’ve been through, do you really think your words scare me? My life’s at risk, but I’m here to make sure Miss Miranda is safe! She showed me kindness, so I’m doing the same for her,” Anna replied. Neither woman realized that Sarah had overheard their argument and was heading to Miranda’s rest house, having learned the location from what she heard.

After a long chase, Chito was finally caught by the police. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Anna was leaving when she ran into Julius. She said she didn’t want any trouble and just wanted to know Miranda’s condition but knew Jessica wouldn’t allow it. Julius promised to update her.

Anna told him she was leaving soon and had received a message that her fake documents were ready. AExcited, she shared the news about the papers to him and told him Helena had already given her the money she needed. Julius offered to help financially too, saying he wasn’t looking for anything in return and only wanted to be by her side.

Anna hugged him gratefully — unaware that Jessica saw them, heartbroken. Later, Anna and Julius went to the meeting spot to collect the fake documents but had to wait as no one showed up. Meanwhile, Jessica had called the police, tipping them off about Anna and Julius’s plan.

Miranda overheard Jessica’s call and demanded to know who she was talking to. When Miranda realized Jessica had informed the police, she panicked and tried to call Julius to warn him, but couldn’t say anything further as the phone broke due to Jessica trying to stop her.

At the same time, Anna and Julius realized it was a trap when the police arrived. They fled, leaving the documents behind. Jessica argued with Miranda, not understanding why she was defending Anna so much, until Miranda finally confessed that Anna was her daughter — leaving Jessica stunned.

Jessica refused to believe it, saying she didn’t hate Anna but despised her and would never accept her as her sister. Meanwhile, Sarah reached the rest house and found Grace. The little girl, thinking it was her mother Anna, excitedly called out, “Mama!” — only to see Sarah standing there. Shocked, Grace ran inside as Sarah called her name.
