Sarah caused a scene upon arriving at Helena’s inn, demanding to see her daughter. Matty tried to calm her down but failed. Anna then appeared, insisting that Grace wasn’t there, but Sarah was convinced otherwise. Both Anna and Matty tried to get her to leave, but Sarah refused and threatened to burn the entire place down if they didn’t bring out her daughter.
Anna asked her what she would do if Grace were actually inside—would she still burn the place? Sarah hesitated and dropped the burning wood, but it accidentally ignited the building. As everyone rushed to put out the fire, Anna ran inside to find Grace, while Sarah secretly followed her in.

When asked if she suspected anyone, she clarified that she didn’t want to accuse anyone—though she suspected Chito might have been involved. Sarah immediately defended Chito, insisting he would never do that to her.
Helena and her family also arrived at the station. When Miranda asked what brought them there, she was told that Sarah had burned down their home because she believed Grace was inside after receiving a call from the child. Miranda asked if she was sure it was Grace and what the child said, but Sarah replied that the child said nothing—she just knew it was her.
Sarah defended herself, claiming the fire was an accident. Frustrated, Princess told Sarah that if she had a problem with Anna, she should deal with her and leave the rest of them out of it. “How can you not be involved when you’re her family?” Sarah snapped. Princess retorted coldly, “Anna is not part of our family—she’s adopted.”
Later, Anna thanked Julius for helping her and promised to leave the next day since he had found them a safe place. When he asked where she planned to go, she said somewhere far—far away from everyone. Julius suggested she stay where they were for now, as things were tense, but Anna refused, not wanting to drag him into her problems.
She was surprised when Julius said he would stay by her side, explaining that he had nowhere else to go and that Miranda had fired him from her show. Anna felt guilty knowing it was because he had covered for her in Grace’s case, but Julius assured her that he did it for himself. He said he admired Miranda but believed she was on the wrong side this time.
Meanwhile, the police recovered some items from the fire at Helena’s inn. Miranda was shocked when she recognized one of the items—a bracelet that belonged to her. When she asked how they found it, the officer said it was recovered from the debris. The revelation left Miranda speechless.
Elsewhere, Anna and Grace talked about Julius’s kindness and decided to clean up the place to repay him. They discussed their plans to travel to Hong Kong, and Grace asked if people would stop looking for them once they left. Anna avoided answering. Grace then realized she had lost the bracelet Anna gave her but didn’t mention it.
Sarah, curious about how Chito managed to pay for a lawyer and post bail, confronted him. Chito vaguely said he “found a way.” Later, Sarah found Miranda’s jewellery box and discovered Miranda’s bracelet inside. Furious, she confronted Chito, asking if he had stolen it.
