Against All Odds, Brandon Orchestrates One Final Surprise To Reaffirm His Love & Commitment To His Bride-to-be.
Kim tries on the antique wedding gown and the wedding planner commends the design, adding that it only needs a few adjustments. Felix can’t help but get nostalgic. Phillip comes up with a pathetic way to convince Brandon to choose him as his best man.
Amidst the wedding preparations, Robert and Felix argue over the kind of people to invite and Brandon suggests that they should make a compromise. Kim makes deliberate efforts to get conversant in the Korean language.
Brandon gets held up in a business meeting and he isn’t able to make it to the food tasting so he has Walter and Jordy represent him. Mrs. Carlota visits Kim to talk to her about flower arrangements, only to realize that she’s allergic to them. She apologizes for her blunder.
Kim has a talk with Brandon about how they’ve been running behind their deadlines. She suggests that they should handle the wedding planning themselves and Brandon points out that he can’t neglect his business. Kim takes offense, asking if she’s the one who should put a pause on her career.
Just then, she receives a phone call from Miss Dawn, telling her that her gown is ready. A moment later, Kim is devastated to find that the designer has changed her mother’s gown completely. Brandon tries to calm her down but she walks out and goes to her mother’s grave where she reflects on some memories with her.
Felix shows up and comforts her. Kim laments over how she’s become annoyed of Brandon because he’s still clinging to old habits of being dependent on other people. Felix says she needs to accept his shortcomings if she’s happy with him.
Kim worries that things could only get worse and her father suggests that she should postpone the wedding if she isn’t sure about him. Kim returns home to find Brandon waiting for her. He apologizes for the incident with her mother’s wedding gown and promises to have the designer restore it as best they can.
He also apologizes for being too busy and Kim reciprocates. Brandon then gives her a pleasant surprise by helping her to get ready for her exam. Later at the office, he cuts a deal with Phillip to make him his best man. Cyrus shows up to check up on things on their mother’s behalf.
He hands his brother the wedding intro clip and Brandon thanks him for a good counsel he gives him. While Kim takes her exams, Brandon watches the wedding intro clip of Kim talking about him; Kim goes on about the kind of simple and intimate wedding she dreams of.
He meets up with her after her exams and tells her that he won’t hold it against her if she wants to postpone the wedding. Kim says they can’t delay it because she’ll be leaving for Korea in a few weeks. Brandon says maybe they should leave it all behind.
At Prime Alpha, Walter urges Kim Marie to make the first move on Roni but then she backs out in such a ridiculous manner and gets teased for it. The Castillos and Liwanags meet for the wine tasting and everyone gets worked up over the absence of the soon-to-be couple.
Cyrus points out that they’re stressed out with all the wedding planning and need some space.
Meanwhile, Brandon and Kim have a simple and intimate wedding by the beach side with no guests, only the wedding officiator.
After vows are exchanged, Kim is pleasantly surprised when Brandon shows her a ticket he had bought, signifying his determination to go together with her to Korea. Kim asks about the business and Brandon’s reply is that they’ll figure it out like they always do.
Brandon beats the wedding officiator to “you may ki$$ the bride” as he ki$$es Kim. Eventually, Kim reunites with her family following the wedding and as they celebrate, Brandon thanks his brother for helping him arrange everything.
Phillip and everyone else send out congratulatory videos for the newlyweds. Kim is amused when Sarah and Baldo get caught on camera as a couple. She thanks Brandon for going out of his way to always surprise her. The newlyweds promise to make each other happy for the rest of their lives.
They share a ki$$, recounting their memories together from childhood to Prime Alpha. Brandon and Kim profess their løve for each other, with the former saying that he can’t believe the latter is no longer his secretary…but his “sexytary”.
