Prime Alpha’s Meeting With The Parks Triggers Kim’s Suppressed Memories, Leaving Brandon In A Tight Spot.
Team Bida Best enjoys the noddles Walter had brought and when Steph points out Roni’s shirt hanging on the line, Kim Marie makes everyone believe that it belongs to someone else. When thunder crashes, Jordy decides to go and take the umbrella to shelter everyone from the evident rain but Marie tries to dissuade him, coming up with various flimsy excuses.
Roni is exposed when Jordy picks up the umbrella and he jumps up saying “surprise”. Klarisse whines about how Kim’s boyfriend is interfering with their family tradition and Felix urges her to give him a chance.
In the meantime, Walter, Steph and the others question Roni and instead of coming clean, the guy claims that he had crawled over there to surprise them because he lives close to Kim Marie’s unit. Klarisse makes a deal with Kim, agreeing to shake her boyfriend’s hand if they win the fishing game.
Everyone is taken by surprise when Brandon shows up wearing overalls. The game finally begins and Klarisse honors the agreement after Kim and Brandon win. Eventually, the couple say their goodbyes to take their leave and Klarisse features in a hilarious moment with Brandon.
A moment later, Brandon drops off Kim at her house and she thanks him for going out of his way to make the day a special one and connecting with her family. The next day, BMC has his staff ready to meet the Parks and their son, COO Daniel Park.
Brandon and his father welcome the Parks following their arrival into the country.
He then goes on stage to give a speech about their business partnership. During a local dance performance, Daniel volunteers Ms. Chun to participate in the dance as one of the princesses. As the performance is ongoing with Ms. Chun seated on the palanquin, Kim receives a text message from Troy, saying that he knows who did it.
It’s accompanied with a photo of a woman’s red heels with a tattoo on the leg. This triggers Kim and she recalls the kidnapping and how a young Brandon had helped her. Kim is shocked to see the same red heels and tattoo on Ms. Chun.
Staring at Brandon as realization dawns on her, she hyperventilates and collapses. The show comes to a stop as Brandon quickly checks up on her while Daniel picks up Kim’s phone to see the triggering photo. At the hospital, Kim relives the kidñapping and Brandon is relieved when she finally wakes up.
When Kim asks if he’s Ninja Boy, he doesn’t deny it this time as he admits that he’s known since their first encounter. Kim laments over how he had lied to her multiple times and Brandon tries to make her understand his reasons. Kim breaks down in tears.
Carlota urges Cyrus to go and visit Kim and he points out that Brandon needs her. In the meantime, Troy shows the evidence he’s dug up on the kidñapping to her boss. Apparently, the kidñappér was the spouse of a terminated employee of Prime Alpha.
The madam snubs him and warns him to stop focusing on that story. Daniel looks forward to figuring out whether BMC is fit to lead before his company invests in Prime Alpha. Kim laments to her family over how Brandon had made a fool of her for nine years and Klarisse doesn’t take it kindly.
Having arrived at the hospital, Carlota hangs back and refrains from going inside. She bumps into Brandon and comforts him. Klarisse comes out with Katrina and she gives Brandon an earful. After trying to get through to her, Brandon struggles to prepare Kim’s favorite comfort food.
Cyrus comes to see Kim and she asks her sisters to let him in so she can talk to him. Meanwhile, Carlota reaches out to Felix and tries to explain things to him. She urges him to be kind because both their children have been carrying the trauma all their lives.
