Renu says how she can make all the food alone. Aaji tells her to call her two bahus. Renu says they come from big families, unlike Sayali. Aaji insists this is her house and everyone should be equals, so she should call them. Renu agrees and calls Riya and Roshni. Roshni asks what happened. Aaji says Renu will make the food and they both will help her. Akash and Tejas watch. Roshni says Sayali will help Renu.
Aaji asks why, reminding that Roshni made food in a competition in half an hour and asks if she can’t cook for her family. Riya says she doesn’t know cooking, only how to boil water and is a big foodie. Akash smiles and says Riya likes eating. Aaji asks why she doesn’t learn to cook then. Renu says Riya goes for dubbing work and gets tired, so when will she cook. Tejas says Roshni works in the parlor all day and anyone can make food. Aaji agrees.
She calls Malti and asks her to give coconut and chili to Roshni to grind. She tells Riya to sit and cut vegetables. Renu asks if Sayali will rest. Aaji says Sayali isn’t lazy like the others, she does work on her own and will watch how they all work. Akash says he will cook, that’s his job. Aaji slaps him and pulls his ears, then scolds Tejas. She tells them to go before she beats them more and to go see the village. Akash and Tejas rush out. Renu thinks about doing something to show Sayali her place.
Renu, Roshni and Riya cutting the veggies and grinding spices. The maid praise Roshni’s skills. Renu says you are doing work as you do it every day. Roshni says Malti showed me just now and I have learnt it quickly. Renu asks Riya to try and cut the onions. Riya gets her finger cut and cries. Aaji and Sayali come. Aaji asks what happened.
Sayali says my finger got a cut. Sayali says its fine, you will be fine. Roshni says it’s a small cut. Sayali cares for Riya. Aaji asks how will you learn in life without getting hurt. Riya says take me to some hospital. Aaji asks her to wait. She says you apply haldi and get fine, this happens with every woman. Malti gets haldi. Sayali says apply it. Aaji catches Riya’s hand. Malti applies haldi. Riya says call a doctor.
Aaji says doctor comes in the evening, you will be fine, go now, take rest. She asks Renu and Roshni to finish the work. Sayali says I will help Renu. Aaji says no, come with me. They go. Sachin and Sayali have a talk. Sachin speaks good of Sayali’s family. Roshni tries calling Sultan. Renu ignites the stove and explains the cooking method to Riya. Riya sees the smoke and says I will call fire brigade. Renu says no need, its fine. Aaji stops Sayali and says don’t pity Renu, sit back. Sayali says Renu is worried. Aaji says just see what I do.
Riya puts the entire jar of mustard seeds in the hot oil. Renu and Roshni worry. Renu asks Riya to listen to the carefully and do the work. Aaji laughs watching them. Riya asks what to do now. Renu says nothing, you have helped a lot, go and eat this carrot. Roshni asks shall I make dal chawal. Renu says okay. Aaji says Sayali, now they will know its tough to make food and just eat it, I will make them write.
Everyone sits to dine. Riya says I m so proud of you, Akash, you know cooking well. Renu stops Sayali from serving the food and calls her a credit thief. She taunts Sayali’s family and asks her to go. Paresh asks what’s this, Renu. Sachin says Aaji, Sayali cooks food for everyone but she doesn’t get any praise, now we should give national award to Roshni and Riya for cooking. Aaji says I know, Renu has done wrong with Sayali, so I asked Sayali to sit and have food first. Sayali says its okay, I will eat food later. Sachin stops her. Paresh asks Renu to serve the food.
Renu serves the food to everyone and shows attitude to Sayali. Tejas praises Roshni’s hardwork. Riya says I have cut these veggies. Akash says really, you should always cut the veggies well. He gets half brinjal and asks did you cut this. Sachin says wow, the food is tasty. Riya says its tasty, eat it. Sachin says the aloo dish is tasty, who made it, Renu can’t make it. Aaji says Sayali made it for you. Sayali says Aaji has put the tadka. Sachin says its amazing, I knew it, it’s the best. Aaji asks Renu did you not serve Sayali well. Sachin says its fine, I will give papad to Sayali.
He asks Renu to give some rice. Paresh asks Renu to give it. Renu gives the rice bowl. Renu asks Riya to have food. Riya says I have a cut on the finger, can I use a spoon. Akash says no, try eating with hand. Renu says its fine, I will feed you with my hands.
Sachin says gold makes a person do all this. Aaji says her wound will heal soon if she eats with her hand. Renu says the spices can hurt her finger. She feeds Riya. Sayali looks on and gets sad. Aaji stops Renu. Sachin says its fine, Riya’s mum got much gold. He jokes on Renu. He sings Sabse bada rupaiyya. Renu says he is saying nonsense, Paresh, tell him to stop. Aaji asks Sachin to stop. She asks Sayali to go and sit beside Riya. Sayali goes. Aaji says its wrong to just feed one bahu, you have to feed food to all the three bahus. Sachin says great.
