Ranbir pulls his hand away from Adrija. She thinks he is so shy and says sorry, explaining that she stumbled and held his hand. He says it’s okay and adds that just like she stumbled, she also scolded Meghla the other day—such things happen, and there are always going to be ups and downs. They talk and smile. Ranbir then sees Meghla and asks her to come over.
Meghla says it’s okay. Adrija asks Ranbir about the gift he promised to buy Meghla. He says she will get what she deserves and tells Adrija not to worry—Meghla will get her gift. Harman is upset and says he’s not thinking about Nimrit’s words. Param explains to him that Simran has a work relationship with her colleagues but shares a love relationship with him as her husband.
He advises Harman not to overthink Simran’s work life, reminding him that he has his own world too. Harman admits that he made a mistake by giving everything to Simran and feels he’s no longer her priority. He goes to rest. Nimrit asks for food, and Meher tells her to shut up. Chandan tells Mahua to look at the beautiful nature. Mahua agrees but says she’s tired and wonders where Ranbir is, since he said he’d get a motorcycle.
Chandan assures her that Ranbir will ride it and not to worry. Adrija says that if Ranbir gets the bike, she wants to go with him. Chandan tells her not to say that to Ranbir. She asks why and what the problem is. He says they don’t know Ranbir well yet, and if they permit her, he might get the wrong idea. Adrija says fine, blaming herself.
Ranbir calls out to Meghla, and everyone looks around. Adrija also calls out to him. Meghla searches for Ranbir and tells him to come in front of her. He asks her to guess where he is. Mahua says she likes Ranbir. Adrija joins in, asking where he is. Ranbir asks Meghla to look for him and encourages her to find him. He hides. Chandan spots him and smiles, pointing him out to Mahua. Ranbir signals them to stay quiet.
Meghla says he didn’t get the bike. Ranbir replies that he did, and it can fly in the air. Meghla asks what kind of bike it is. Then she sees Ranbir and says he’s there. She tells him to come out. Adrija gets upset, scolds Meghla, and leaves.
Ranbir asks what happened and why they’re silent. He guesses that Adrija scolded Meghla. Chandan says he guessed right. Mahua explains that there’s only a small age difference between them, so Adrija sometimes scolds Meghla, but they can’t live without each other.
They all sit down for breakfast. Chandan says there’s so much oxygen there. Ranbir says he can’t forget the masked dance festival and describes it as an amazing tradition. He asks Adrija if she knows its philosophy. She says not much. Ranbir explains that the ritual is meant to burn away ego and pride to free oneself from arrogance. Chandan agrees, saying people are full of ego and pride.
Ranbir says he wants Meghla to sing for them. Chandan says sure. Adrija asks if he really wants to hear it again. Ranbir says yes. Meghla goes to get ready. Chandan says she will sing. Ranbir thinks to himself that Meghla’s simplicity is her beauty, and he hasn’t seen anyone like her.
