Adrija scolds Meghla and tells her not to sing everywhere. Ranbir asks Meghla to come, but she asks him to go. Adrija tells her not to stick around Ranbir. She says their special bond has started. Meghla replies that she will be the happiest if that’s true. Adrija warns her. Chandan comes and asks what happened. Adrija says nothing, that she was just explaining something to Meghla.
Mahua calls Adrija to come. Chandan takes Meghla with him. Param says Meghla could have become a good singer. Meher tells him to forget it now. Harman asks her why she left singing. Meher says she couldn’t make a career in it, as singing wasn’t regarded well at the time. She says it’s fine, she sings at some family events to fulfill her wish.
She adds that Diljot’s life got ruined when she wanted to settle down with a singer. Harman agrees, saying something wrong happened with her. Ranbir says he misses his bike. Adrija says she would have gone with him on it. He asks why she would get that chance. She says it’s because she has leg pain. He replies that it’s not good and tells her to walk and run, saying her legs will get better. She laughs.
Mahua smiles and thinks Adrija looks happy with Ranbir. Chandan asks Meghla what Adrija told her and insists she shouldn’t lie. He holds her hand. Meghla covers up for Adrija. He says Adrija appeared rude and angry. Meghla denies it. Adrija and Ranbir have a conversation.Chandan tells Meghla that he doesn’t want her to keep covering for Adrija’s mistakes.
He says he doesn’t want her to change her nature, but if anyone talks badly to her, he will protest. He asks her to give him a chance and says it’s important for him to know what really happened. Meghla insists it’s nothing and tries to calm him down. Adrija smiles, thinking that Meghla will repeat her clothes throughout the trip and Ranbir won’t even notice her.
Meher asks Harman to eat the parathas. He likes them. She tells him to take his medicine. Harman says he doesn’t have a fever, just a cold. He tells her not to worry and that he has taken medicine for flu. He says he will be fine. Param asks if Simran knows. Harman says she stays busy with work. Meher says he often talks sensibly but then changes. He jokes. She says he can’t live without Simran but won’t admit it.
Nimrit comes and says she is very hungry. She tells them she saw Simran on the way, but Simran didn’t see her. Harman says Simran must be in a news reading session. Nimrit says she doesn’t know, but Simran was in a car with her boss, who was driving.
Harman asks how he looked. Nimrit says he was an older man who had come to Ashnoor’s birthday party. Meher starts worrying. Nimrit says Simran was busy talking and laughing and didn’t see her, so she didn’t call out to her. Meher tells her to go and freshen up.
Harman sits silently, thinking. Meher tells Nimrit she saw everything too clearly and says that’s enough now. Nimrit goes. Harman leaves the paratha and says he isn’t feeling hungry anymore.
