Tejas apologizes to Roshni and promises never to lie or break her trust again. Renu comes in and asks them to forget everything and stay happy. The next morning, Sachin and Roshni argue when Sachin asks Tejas to drive a car until he gets a job. Roshni scolds Sachin. Sayali steps in to defend him, saying that Sachin works hard for the family. She adds that he opened the flower stall to support her and make her independent, and that he is talented.
Renu asks Sayali to shut up. Roshni defends Tejas and accuses Sachin of saying all this just to insult him. Sachin replies, asking if driving a car is considered an insult. He challenges Roshni, asking if she even knows how to drive, and mocks her profession by saying driving is tougher than applying makeup. He argues that it’s not as easy as she thinks.
Paresh arrives and asks what’s going on. Sachin says it’s just timepass. Sayali responds that people do work they like and progress from there, and that everyone starts with small jobs. Renu mocks both Sachin and Sayali. Tejas laughs, which angers Sachin. He asks Paresh to explain to Tejas that he should take up driving work to earn money. Paresh advises Tejas to go for his interview. Roshni tells Tejas to take the elders’ blessings.
Tejas takes blessings from Paresh and Renu. Paresh tells him that having a job is important if he wants respect. Tejas nods. Roshni encourages him by saying that one day, everyone will recognize his value. Tejas thanks her and leaves. Tejas goes for several interviews. At one of them, he apologizes to the interviewer for his past behavior. He says he has changed and asks for another chance.
The woman replies that they can’t undo the past and if she hires him again, she’ll lose her own respect. She asks him to leave. Tejas feels disheartened. At night, Tejas returns home. Roshni asks when he came back, saying she had been waiting for him. Renu explains that he’s upset because he didn’t get any job that day and tells Roshni not to bring it up. Roshni agrees. Renu offers Tejas some water.
Sachin arrives and jokes when he sees Tejas. He calls Sayali and tells her to see what he got for her. Sayali asks what it is. Sachin says he brought peanut chikki for her and tells her it’s good. Sayali asks when he went to Lonavla. Sachin replies that Anya went there, and he asked him to get it. He adds that he paid Anya for it and tells her to eat it before others taunt her. Sayali accuses him of getting it just to insult the others.
