Anupama reaches her room and locks herself inside. She remembers Rahi’s confession and thinks about how Rahi is asking for forgiveness. She cries badly. Rahi also cries bitterly. Prem tries to comfort Rahi. Ansh, Mahi, and Pari ask Anupama to open the door. Mahi tells Anupama not to worry and pleads with her to open the door. Paritosh and Pakhi are also worried about Anupama.
Mahi sees Rahi and asks her why she hasn’t left yet. Mahi says that Anupama’s silence means even she wants Rahi to leave. Prem asks Mahi to calm down, reminding her that Anupama has yet to make a decision. Mahi says that as long as Rahi is at Shah House, no one will be at peace. Prem insists that Anupama will decide what happens to Rahi.
Mahi claims she understands Anupama’s silence. Kinjal counters, saying Mahi doesn’t understand words, yet claims to understand silence. She explains that Anupama is emotionally hurt and needs space. Kinjal advises everyone to wait until Anupama opens the door.
Mahi starts thinking about Prem. While eating chocolates, she coughs and Prem helps her. Mahi feels hurt seeing Prem close to Rahi. She tells Prem not to go near Rahi. Mahi decides that to keep Prem and Rahi apart, there is only one option—Rahi has to go.
Meanwhile, Anupama misses her mother and feels completely alone. She imagines Kanta and pleads with her to take her along. Anupama says there’s no one she can share her feelings with and expresses her helplessness. Kanta gets emotional seeing Anupama in such pain.
Anupama tells her that even God is not on her side. She confesses that she regrets giving responsibilities to Rahi. She also worries about Jigna and the other customers. She begs Kanta to take her away. Kanta tells Anupama not to shoulder too much responsibility, or else she’ll spend her life picking up the pieces.
Rahi gets angry and Prem imagines consoling her. Rahi decides to punish herself, thinking Anupama is still upset with her. She asks Prem why it is so difficult to become a mother. Prem advises her to talk to Anupama. Mahi becomes jealous upon seeing Prem and Rahi together.
Kanta asks Anupama if she’s upset with Rahi. She tells Anupama to either forgive and welcome Rahi or stay away from her. Mahi confronts Prem for supporting Rahi, but Prem shocks her by saying he trusts Rahi. Rahi sings for Anupama and pleads with her to open the door. Anupama finally opens the door and is shocked to see Rahi has fainted. Prem grows worried for Rahi.
