Meghla asks Ranbir not to tell anything to her parents. He asks her to sing a song, or else he will tell them about the goons. She agrees. They leave on the bike. Rabb Rakha… plays. She says everyone would be waiting for her at the resort. Ranbir says yes, they’ve reached on time, so she shouldn’t worry.
Adrija and Mahua see Meghla and Ranbir. Adrija says she didn’t know he would come to Darjeeling. Mahua scolds Meghla. Chandan says it’s very wrong and they didn’t expect this from her. Ranbir says sorry, calling Chandan “uncle”, and adds that it’s his mistake too. Chandan tells him not to blame himself.
Adrija says he is Nimrit’s elder brother and he came to pick her up yesterday; he is a pilot. Ranbir introduces himself as Ranbir Bajwa. Meher sets Diljot’s hair. Diljot thanks her and talks to a baby doll. She gets scared seeing Baldeev. He scolds her and asks her to go to her room. Meher cries for Diljot.
Ranbir says he insisted they go and see a beautiful lake, and that they found out Meghla’s family was staying at the same resort, so he offered to drop her. He apologizes. Mahua says they were just worried, and adds they’re glad to meet him. Chandan introduces himself as Chandan Sen. Ranbir takes their blessings. Adrija says it’s a good surprise, and that Nimrit had said he was going out. She says she’ll tell Nimrit she met him. Mahua says Nimrit and Adrija are friends.
Ranbir says he knows; she is a topper and everyone is proud of her, right? Meghla smiles. Mahua asks if Nimrit told him all this. He says no, Meghla did—she was praising her sister a lot. Chandan says Meghla loves Adrija a lot. Ranbir says he came to see the masked dance festival. Chandan says they also came for the same. He tells Ranbir that Meghla is talented and sings well. Ranbir says really, she didn’t tell him.
Meghla thinks he is a big liar. Ranbir jokes and says he won’t go until he hears her song. Chandan insists. Ranbir agrees and says he will meet them. Mahua wishes to get Ranbir married to Adrija. Chandan suggests they walk, as the air is fresh. Ranbir agrees. Adrija says she has foot pain and asks him to drop her to the resort. Ranbir agrees and they leave on the bike. Meghla smiles.
