He also asks if she is attending the masked dance festival, to which Meghla replies affirmatively, mentioning that her parents have roots in Kolkata and have planned the trip. He then asks if she has learned singing, and Meghla confirms that she is learning. Ranbir comments that she sings like a professional singer, to which Meghla humbly denies. He mentions he saw her singing video on social media, recognizing her as the one singing “Albela Sajan.”
Meghla is surprised, explaining that she was just practicing at Guru ji’s place and someone posted the video without her knowledge. Meanwhile, Mahua is concerned, wondering how to find Meghla since she doesn’t have her phone. Adrija also expresses frustration over Meghla’s carelessness. Chandan reassures them that Meghla doesn’t need or like to keep a phone. Mahua worries about how they will find her as the day is ending.
Ranbir comments that many people seem to know Meghla. Meghla, however, responds modestly, saying she sings only because she enjoys it, not for fame. Ranbir expresses that one day she will become a big, famous singer, but Meghla insists that fame is not her goal; she just wants to sing well every day. Ranbir finds her refreshing and is glad to meet someone with such a unique mindset for her age.
Meanwhile, Meher, who had fallen asleep, mentions that she felt like Ranbir called her. Param laughs at this, but Meher insists it was a dream and requests that he call Ranbir. Param reassures her but eventually agrees to try calling Ranbir. However, the network issue prevents a connection. Meher expresses her worry, revealing how much she cares for Ranbir. Param, understanding her emotions, shares how he feels about her motherly care, saying that if his own mother were alive, she would have worried for him in the same way.
Meghla, when asked by Ranbir about her age, responds that she is no longer in school and passed her BA last year. She has no interest in further studies. Ranbir is surprised, and Meghla explains that her sister, Adrija, is the studious one, and she is always at the top. Ranbir asks if she wants water, but Meghla declines, noting how much she has already shared.
Ranbir then teasingly remarks on her love for her sister, and Meghla agrees, showing affection for her sibling. As it gets late, Meghla says she should head back, as her mother will be worried. Ranbir offers to drop her, mentioning that they are staying at the same resort, but Meghla insists on walking. He insists on accompanying her, assuring her that he is not like the other boys and that she need not worry. Meghla smiles, grateful for his kindness, and they walk together.
