Savi gets teary-eyed when Sai says she wants to pray to God to give her a younger brother to play with. Savi says she already has Kiyaan bhaiya. Sai says he doesn’t even talk to her. Savi replies that he is busy with his homework and other chores, but surely he will get along with her well soon.
Rajat rushes to the hospital after he gets a call from Kiyaan’s school teacher and finds Ashika there. Ashika says she also got a call from the school. They rush to Kiyaan’s hospital room, where a doctor informs them that Kiyaan’s results are normal, but he was having continuous vomiting due to stress. She suggests they take Kiyaan on an outing for 2-3 days to make him feel better.
While returning home, Ashika offers Kiyaan to take him on a picnic with Rajat and Sai. Kiyaan asks why Rajat and Sai should also accompany them. Ashika says she misses Sai, but Sai doesn’t care for her because of Savi; she wants to spend time with Sai and Kiyaan together and suggests he call Rajat and insist that he take them all on a picnic. Kiyaan does so. Rajat happily agrees, then thinks Sai would be upset if he informs her that he will not take her for the picnic.
Rajat reaches home and informs Savi that he wants to take Sai on a picnic. Savi says it’s good, as Sai needs a family picnic. Rajat clarifies that he means Sai, Kiyaan, and Ashika—not Savi. Savi cuts her finger in shock while cutting vegetables and locks herself in the bathroom. Rajat says Kiyaan asked for something for the first time in six years and he can’t deny him. He feels trapped between Savi and Kiyaan and requests Savi to listen to him once.
Savi washes off her tears and thinks about why she is hurt when Rajat doesn’t care for her at all. She walks out of the bathroom. Rajat nurses her wound and says he knows she is hurt, but he is helpless. Savi questions why Kiyaan suddenly wants a perfect family when he doesn’t care a bit for Rajat and Sai. Rajat says Kiyaan cares for Sai. Savi says she is no one to be hurt and runs out of the house. Bhagyashree notices this.
Savi knocks on Isha’s door but finds it locked. She walks out of the building and sits on a chair. Bhagyashree walks to her and sits beside her. Savi wipes her tears and asks if she needs anything. Bhagyashree says no and asks if she needs something. Savi shakes her head.
Bhagyashree describes her difficult life when she got married and moved to Raju’s house from a small village. She shares how her mother-in-law used to make her work hard all day, how frustrated she became and tried to cut her long hair, and how her mother-in-law stopped her and pampered her like a mother. She tells how they later bonded as mother and daughter, and so on.
She says she wants the same mother-and-daughter bonding with Savi and wants to shower her with motherly love. She asks if Rajat told her something; she will punish Rajat if needed. Savi says Rajat is disturbed. Bhagyashree asks what is bothering him. Savi replies that Rajat has to convince Sai for a picnic with Ashika.
Bhagyashree scolds her for being so naive and warns her never to send Sai with Ashika, as Ashika is trying to trap Rajat through Sai and Kiyaan. She tells her she shouldn’t let that happen.
