Rajat at the hospital feels nervous in fear of needles before his blood test. Savi fills a form at the reception. Ashika walks in and apologises to Rajat for being late. Savi walks to her and says it’s okay, even they came just now. Ashika, in shock, asks what she is doing here. Rajat says she accompanied him for his blood test. Savi asks Rajat and Ashika to get Kiyaan’s contract renewed while she fills Rajat’s form.
Ashika thinks about why Savi is so calm and herself sending them together. Harini calls Savi and requests her to pick up Vansh while she picks up Sai, as she is going to a bhajan mandali with her MIL. Savi agrees. Harini says thanks and enters the hospital where Savi is already present.
Rajat gets anxious when the doctor tries to withdraw his blood. Savi walks in and asks if his work is done. Rajat scolds her for not being around him and scolds the doctor for using needles for blood withdrawal. The doctor tries to calm him down. Rajat says he is afraid of needles. Ashika walks in and says he should grow up now as his children are growing up.
She tells Savi that Rajat used to fear needles a lot and used to hold her hand tightly. Rajat says he doesn’t remember any such thing. The doctor pricks the needle to withdraw blood. Ashika extends her hand, but Rajat holds Savi’s hand tightly, leaving Ashika frustrated. Harini meets the doctor for her second pregnancy test. The doctor assures her that if the home pregnancy kit test was positive, even the blood test would be positive.
Rajat asks Ashika to call him whenever she needs help regarding Kiyaan. Savi says she can call her too if Rajat is not reachable. Ashika asks why she would call her. Rajat says Savi is more sensible when it’s regarding children, and she can give better advice. Ashika angrily leaves.
Savi says she is surprised to see “khat khat Thakkar” behaving well. Rajat questions why she was looking at him smiling, and asks if she has fallen in love with him. Savi taunts back. Their cute nok-jhok continues. They then head to pick up Sai and Vansh from school. Savi notices Harini in the hospital and gets confused.
Back home, Vansh and Sai describe to Raju and Bhagyashree how much they enjoyed at the camp. Harini calls Savi and asks if she picked up Vansh. Savi says yes, and before she speaks further, Harini disconnects the call, saying she will pick up Vansh in the evening.
Kiyaan misbehaves with the staff, but Milind teaches him a lesson about respect. Milind then gets Vansh’s call and mentions how much he missed him, asking him to pick him up from Rajat’s house soon. Kiyaan notices their bonding and questions Milind about it. Milind says his son is his buddy and they enjoy a lot.
Harini receives confirmation of her pregnancy from the doctor. Savi, still suspicious, confronts Harini, who lies about the results of her test, claiming it was negative. Savi, unconvinced, receives a call from Rajat and leaves, while Harini feels guilty for the lie. Aman informs Rajat that Mohit Sharma has bought Arsh’s car. Rajat, Savi, and Aman visit Mohit Sharma, who had bought Arsh’s car.
Rajat suspects Mohit may be involved in Isha’s accident, but after some questioning, doubts Mohit’s story. They leave skeptical. Mohit, on the phone with Arsh, tells him about their visit, and Arsh warns him to stay silent. Arsh then contacts Jigar to park the car at a new location, implying his ongoing involvement in the mystery.
