Choton asks Aditya to let Jhanak go. Jhanak leaves in the car. Choton calls Shubh, who scolds him for not answering. Choton replies that he had no time. Shubh asks where Anirudh is and why he hasn’t reached the hospital. Choton says Anirudh is at the hospital and overhears them crying. Shubh tells him to shut up and not lie, insisting they won’t believe him. He accuses Choton of causing this and asks why Anirudh didn’t board the flight. He informs Choton that Arshi has left the house forever. Choton coldly asks if he feels peace now.
Lal chimes in, saying Choton is ruining Anirudh’s life. Bipasha agrees, stating that Choton takes a commission from Jhanak. Anjana warns him not to speak grandly. Choton retorts that he is hearing a lot, reminding them that it was his job to inform them. He adds that Anirudh is on life support and that the operation is risky. He tells them if they think he is lying, they shouldn’t come. Shubh sits in shock. Choton urges them to come fast if they believe him, saying Anirudh needs his father. Shubh worries and ends the call.
Tanuja asks what Choton told him. Shubh replies that Anirudh suffered a heart attack, shocking everyone. Anjana questions whether this is part of the plan. She remarks that it’s fortunate Anirudh was here and got admitted; if he had been on the flight, what could they have done? Jhanak arrives at the temple, pleading, “My husband is critical. I beg you, pray for him, and perform a puja for his recovery. Help me, please.” She explains everything to the priest, who tells her there is a long line for the puja.
Jhanak insists, “My husband is between life and death. I don’t believe the doctor’s words. Anirudh can’t leave me; we have so much unspoken between us.” Meanwhile, Bipasha asks what Choton said. Shubh explains that Choton said there is 90% heart blockage and the doctor is hesitant to perform the surgery; Anirudh is on life support.
Lal gasps, “This can’t happen.” Bipasha asks if Choton spoke the truth. Shubh insists he trusts Choton; he wouldn’t lie about Anirudh. Tanuja demands to go to the hospital. Anjana scolds Tanuja, saying it’s good Maa isn’t there, as she can’t tolerate this news. Anjana tells them to go quickly. Lal urges everyone to hurry, while Bipasha decides to call Arshi. Tanuja blames Jhanak for the situation. Shubh insists they should go to the hospital first.
Anjana believes Anirudh has suffered enough, but she is sure that Jhanak’s prayers have strength. Tanuja angrily retaliates. Anjana asks if Tanuja is going to raise her hand against her now. Tanuja responds, “I’ve been raised well. You’re older, but I’m warning you, don’t speak Jhanak’s name.” Shubh intervenes, urging them to stop, saying they will lose everything and they need to go. They leave, while Anjana thinks of Jhanak and prays for Anirudh.
Jhanak, desperate, asks the priest to help her. She explains she doesn’t have money for the puja items. The priest suggests she borrow them for the puja. Jhanak says she will get the items from her jewelry. A man offers his help, but she insists, “Take the jewelry; I need to perform the puja for my husband.” The man replies, “No need. I’ll get the items; you can pay me later.”
She asks the priest to start the puja as soon as the items arrive. The priest tells Jhanak they can’t begin the puja yet because others are waiting. Dadi, Dadu, and Anjana pray at home, tears streaming down their faces. The priest then asks Jhanak to sing a bhajan for Maa. Jhanak agrees, saying, “I don’t have much to offer Matarani, but I will give whatever I can.”
Dadi cries, wondering what good it will do to go there since the doctors have lost hope. Anjana expresses regret for not recognizing Anirudh’s pain sooner. She reflects that he always supported Appu and them, while Arshi abandoned him, not trusting his claims of being unwell. Dadi insists they must go to the hospital, believing Anirudh is worth it. Anjana questions the usefulness of going now, but Dadi maintains that Anirudh’s operation is risky.
Suddenly, Anirudh appears in front of Jhanak. She sings a bhajan and dances with him, imagining their moments together. Overwhelmed, she faints. The priest calls for someone to fetch water. Anjana states that if Arshi had truly loved Anirudh and trusted him, she wouldn’t have left him alone. If Choton hadn’t been there, Anirudh would have been left to await his death.
Dadu laments his age and lack of strength, asking who will listen to him amidst the sins in the house. Anjana questions him about these sins. Dadi insists Anirudh has committed no sin. Dadu affirms this, saying Anirudh is blessed and pure-hearted. He adds that children often bear the consequences of their parents’ bad deeds. Dadi urges him to be quiet, while Anjana asserts that Anirudh should not be punished. Dadu believes Shubh may now realize his mistakes. Dadi and Anjana cry and pray for Anirudh.
Later, everyone arrives at the hospital. Shubh asks what happened to Anirudh. Choton explains that he was managing everything alone, with Arshi and Shrishti not trusting Anirudh and abandoning him on the road. Bipasha says they had their reasons. Choton responds that he understands, which is why he took care of things alone. Tanuja points out that Anirudh did a lot for him. Choton asserts, “I would give my life for him.”
Aditya arrives, and Choton asks where he has been, criticizing him for arriving late and not caring about Anirudh. Shubh tells Choton to stop and ask about Anirudh’s condition. Aditya expresses surprise at their reaction, noting that Anirudh’s condition is critical while they seem calm. Tanuja questions Aditya about being alone, reminding him they heard he was living with Jhanak.
Aditya wishes it were true, then instructs them to speak with the doctor about their son. Choton informs them that Anirudh’s friends are also present. Tanuja asks if they can shift Anirudh to a better hospital. Shubh agrees but emphasizes that they need to assess his condition first. Bablu approaches Choton, asking to see Anirudh once.
Shubh advises him to calm down. Aditya argues that this hospital is good, but if they shift Anirudh and something goes wrong, can they manage? Shubh insists he can handle his son’s affairs.
Choton questions whether they ever tried to understand Anirudh and what his heart truly wants. The priest, noticing Jhanak’s worry, sprinkles water on her.
Jhanak regains consciousness and insists, “Yes, but my husband is sick. I have to perform the puja and take the flower to him.” The people urge the priest to prioritize Jhanak’s puja. Jhanak thanks them as the man brings the puja items. The priest begins the puja, and Jhanak prays, connecting Anirudh’s name with hers, saying, “My name is Jhanak Bose.”
