Alexa Continues To Manipulate Aidan. The Fieros Make Use of a Fall Guy To Save Themselves. Lala & Max React.
The episode begins with a camp of the hiking group seated near a campfire. While they play a game of words, Nico talks to Chiara about what she’s been going through. He takes her to a bridge and urges her to let go of the things that have been keeping her down.
Chiara throws away her phone, much to Nico’s surprise. Mila encourages Aidan to rehire Abe as her personal driver. Aidan questions his mother about the bodies that had been buried under the arena.
He makes note of a fuzzy memory that has been haunting him for years now – the sound of a günshot, and there being so much blood. Leona tries to make him believe that their family is innocent; their enemies just want to extort money from them, money they no longer have.
Aidan takes Mila to Blazing Fiero. He leaves to dismiss the construction workers since he’s not yet decided to resume the expansion project. He runs into Abe and he’s delighted to get rehired again, this time as Mila’s driver.
Alexa digs the trench in an attempt to find her mother’s remains. Aidan resurfaces and she cooks up a make-believe story when he asks what she’s doing down there. In school, Tonet gets into an altercation with one of her squad.
Before things could get out of hand, Denise intervenes and pulls her away. Dona Cielo manipulates Ador and urges him to take the fall for the bodies that had been found. In no time, the police show up at the Pavia house to arrest him for the three mûrdërs, much to Feliz’s disbelief.
Alexa and Abe have mixed feelings over the turn of events. Feliz vents out, blaming her family for making her husband take the fall for their crimes. Aidan confronts Cielo and Leona a moment later.
At the precinct, Ador is interrogated by Lemuel and his partner. Lala becomes determined to make him pay for holding her captive before. When Ador is taken into the same cell Max is confined in, Max doesn’t pass up the chance to taunt him.
Aidan is exasperated by his grandma’s determination to make Ador take the fall in order to protect Carlos. He begins to wonder if the accusations are false. Feliz storms in and demands for her husband’s release from prison.
