Aditya and Anirudh argue. The doctor arrives and asks Aditya to sign the bond. Anirudh interrupts, saying, “I will sign. I’m Jhanak’s close relative.” The doctor responds, “We will take Jhanak’s consent as well. Sign here.” Anirudh signs and assures, “I will pay the fees.” The doctor informs him, “Aditya already did that,” and leaves.
Aditya says, “I had to make the payment. I couldn’t wait for you.” Anirudh thanks him and insists, “I will pay you back.” Aditya refuses, “I won’t take it from you.” Anirudh asserts, “It’s my responsibility. She wanted me to get information, so I don’t want to talk to you.” Aditya retorts, “Fine, go and talk to her.”
A nurse informs them, “You can watch the operation if you want.” Anirudh asks, “Can I meet her once?” The nurse consults Dhara about it. Dhara takes the doctor’s permission, and Anirudh thanks her. Meanwhile, Arshi packs her bags. Dadi asks, “Where are you going with this big suitcase?” Arshi replies, “I want to stay in my own house, not here.
Mom and Dad are coming.” Tanuja protests, “Don’t talk about leaving.” Arshi insists, “Anirudh didn’t listen to me. He said he requested Jhanak to leave the dance competition, but he doesn’t value me.” Tanuja tries to calm her, “Wait until his dad comes.” Lal agrees, “Yes, he has gone to Delhi for a high-profile case. Wait for him.” Arshi refuses, “No, I have made my decision.”
Shrishti and Vinayak arrive. Shrishti demands, “Call Anirudh now.” She warns, “If he isn’t here, we are taking Arshi home.” Dadi argues, “Arshi is in her house; this is her sasural.” Shrishti counters, “Her husband left her. This isn’t her house anymore.”
Aditya stops Anirudh, saying, “You shouldn’t meet Jhanak.”
Anirudh asks, “Who are you to decide that?” He taunts Aditya, who replies, “I know your and Jhanak’s relationship.” Anirudh warns him, “Stay in your limits.” Vinayak says, “Call Anirudh here.” Arshi mocks, “How? He ran after Jhanak.” Shrishti exclaims, “I knew it! He is busy.” Bablu arrives and asks, “How are you doing?” She replies, “Good. Appu got married. How is she? Now you are connected to the locality people.”
Anirudh insists, “I have to meet Jhanak. I came from Kolkata, signed the bond, and spoke to the doctor.” The nurse informs him, “We are taking her for the operation. You can meet her.” Anirudh thinks, I felt nothing happened between us, but maybe it did since you said so. You have no idea what I went through to get here. I couldn’t leave you alone. I love you. You are so important to me.
The nurse tells Jhanak, “Your relative has come from Kolkata and signed the bond. Who is he?” Jhanak thinks, I can’t reveal this to the world. She says, “I can’t say without meeting him.” The nurse takes Jhanak, and as she and Anirudh see each other, Phir Le Aaya Dil plays. The nurse leaves. Shrishti argues with Bablu, with Lal and Bipasha supporting her.
Anirudh tells Jhanak, “I’m sorry. I insulted you.” Jhanak replies, “I just wanted to inform you, not call you here.” He insists, “I had to come to make sure you are fine. Everything will be okay.”
Meanwhile, family arguments continue. Shrishti declares, “Jhanak is pregnant.” Bipasha refutes, “No, Anirudh said she isn’t pregnant. It’s just a tumor.” Vinayak is shocked, “What? A tumor?”
Jhanak says, “I don’t know if I will survive, so I want to say something. I’m not angry. I forgive you. You questioned my character, accused me of having an affair, and claimed I was naming another man’s child as yours. If my life ends, so will my insult. I want you to be happy with Arshi.” Anirudh sighs, “Let it be. Only I know what I’m going through.” She says, “I have seen it.” He replies, “There is a big difference between what is seen and what is felt inside.”
Jhanak asks, “Did you sign the bond?” He nods, “Yes, and I was going to pay for your operation, but Aditya already did. He felt bad, so you should return the money later. Why would someone else pay for my wife’s operation?” She looks at him.
Lal speculates, “Maybe Anirudh is hiding something. He made the tumor excuse and left. Maybe Jhanak threatened him.”
Shrishti claims, “Jhanak came here to trap Anirudh.” Lal agrees, “Yes. We know that only Arshi is in his heart. He knows Jhanak lied to him.”
Jhanak asks, “What did you say?”
Anirudh apologizes, “I just said what I felt.”
Jhanak warns, “Then don’t say it. It’s not true.”
He argues, “Maybe it wasn’t true for me that day. But you also think so, right? That’s why you informed me about the operation.”
Tanuja says, “Bablu, Anjana, and Choton asked Jhanak to stay here.” Choton says, “Come, we shouldn’t listen to their nonsense.” Choton, Bablu, and Anjana leave. Bipasha comments, “We can’t talk about Jhanak in front of them.” Shrishti declares, “Now I understand her plan. How can a pregnancy suddenly become a tumor? It’s all part of her scheme.” Vinayak doubts, “It’s impossible.” Shrishti insists, “It’s possible.”
Bipasha agrees, “Yes, she has made Anirudh her target.” The nurse says, “You only have two minutes.” Anirudh apologizes, holding Jhanak’s hand, “I’m downstairs. Please be strong. Everything will be fine. Jhanak says, “You came here and spoke to me. Now, go back home.” He pleads, “When you get better, the first thing you should see is my face. Please. Nothing will happen to you. Don’t be scared. I’m here.”
