Kapoor and the other men accuse Sachin of stealing a mobile phone. Sachin defends himself, saying he doesn’t need to steal. One of the men insists on checking him, but another guy finds the phone and returns it to Kapoor, revealing that he had forgotten it at the badminton court. The men scold Kapoor for falsely blaming Sachin, but Sachin stops them, reminding them that they all accused him without proof. He states that while he works sincerely, he is not here by choice but out of helplessness, and he is not a thief. The men try to console him, telling him not to feel bad. Sachin, frustrated, remarks that rich people never apologize.
Sayali listens to everything and cries. One of the men tells Sachin that bad times don’t last forever and that his situation will change. Sayali, determined, decides to help Sachin by getting his car back. She goes to meet the moneylender and introduces herself as Sachin’s wife, requesting to speak with him. She pleads for just two minutes, explaining that she needs to go home to care for Kaka, who is unwell. However, the lady there tells her to leave if she is in a hurry.
Sayali calls Paresh, reminding him to eat and take his medicine on time. Paresh assures her not to worry and asks her to finish her work. Meanwhile, a lizard falls into the dal at home. Paresh wonders why the utensils were left uncovered.
Sayali finally meets the moneylender, but he refuses to speak with her. She pleads for Sachin’s car to be returned, but he dismisses her, claiming her husband raised a hand against him, so he won’t return the car. The lady at the office tells Sayali that her pleas won’t change anything and suggests she visit the moneylender at his house the next day. Sayali agrees, thanks the woman, and leaves.
Back at home, Paresh sits down to eat when the doorbell rings. Sachin arrives and asks if Paresh has eaten. Paresh replies that he was just about to. Sachin inquires about Renu, and Paresh informs him that Shakku and Renu went shopping. Sachin expresses concern that Paresh was left alone, but Paresh invites him to sit and eat with him. Sachin insists on serving the food himself.
As Sachin takes food onto his plate, he is horrified to see a lizard in the dal. Panicking, he rushes to stop Paresh from eating it and throws the food away. He anxiously asks if Paresh had eaten anything yet. Paresh, confused, confirms that he hadn’t but scolds Sachin for wasting food. Sachin, overwhelmed with emotion, hugs Paresh and cries, thanking Bappa for saving him from eating the contaminated food.
Paresh, still puzzled, asks what happened. Sachin demands to know who prepared the meal. Paresh tells him that Sayali cooked it and asks if something was wrong. Sachin shows him the lizard in the kadai, shocking Paresh. He wonders how this could have happened.
Just then, Renu and Shakku return home, discussing Akash’s upcoming visit. Sachin angrily confronts them, questioning why they left Paresh alone. Renu defends herself, saying she had important work. Noticing Sachin’s distress, she asks what happened to Paresh. Paresh assures her that he is fine.
Shakku notices the food spilled on the floor and asks what’s going on. Sachin reveals the lizard in the food, stating that it’s good Paresh didn’t eat it. Renu, shocked, asks Paresh if he ate anything. He confirms that he didn’t. Renu then tells Sachin to question Sayali about it, arguing that she was the one who didn’t cover the kadai, and yet he is blaming her. Shakku, realizing that Renu was responsible, struggles with whether to tell the truth.
Sayali returns home and asks Paresh if he has eaten. Renu immediately taunts her, accusing her of making “non-veg” kadai. Sayali, confused, asks what she means. Renu sarcastically asks if she didn’t bother to cover the food properly and tells her to stop acting innocent. Sayali explains that she was out running an errand, but Sachin angrily shows her the lizard in the food. Sayali is left stunned.
