Kiyaan calls Rajat and asks if he can meet him. He then asks if Rajat will do whatever he says as promised. Rajat agrees. Kiyaan says he wants to meet someone. Rajat assumes he wants to meet his grandparents or uncle and aunts, but Kiyaan denies it and tells him something else. Arsh, watching from behind, tells Ashika that her son will now pressurize Rajat a lot. Kiyaan asks Rajat if he will fulfill his request or not. Rajat assures him he will do anything for his happiness and asks him to call him “Papa” once. Kiyaan disconnects the call.
Rajat returns home and hears Savi talking to her school principal, firmly stating that they will not tolerate any father’s nonsense. Remembering their argument, he writes “Dinner tonight at 8 p.m.” on a board. Savi wipes it off and writes back, asking if he has gone mad—he scolded her a lot, and now he is asking for dinner. Rajat responds, writing that he is not asking her for a date but a family dinner. She writes back that he should go and ask his parents, not her. Rajat writes that Sai is also coming with them.
Sai walks in and asks Rajat what he is writing. Rajat says he is trying to convince her mamma for a dinner outing, but she refused. Sai convinces Savi. They reach a restaurant, where the manager informs them of a pizza-making competition for children and takes Sai along. Savi notices Rajat looking nervous and asks if he is waiting for someone. He denies it. Just then, Kiyaan walks in. Rajat welcomes him and asks Savi to apologize to Kiyaan for scolding him in front of everyone during the dandiya event. Savi stands shocked and asks if what she did was wrong and if Kiyaan misbehaving with elders was right. She insists that as elders, they should teach manners to youngsters. Rajat, however, insists she apologize to Kiyaan.
Kiyaan calls Ashika and Arsh, demanding that Savi also apologize to his mother for insulting her in front of Tara aunty. Rajat supports Kiyaan, pressuring Savi to apologize. Savi, thinking about Sai’s happiness, reluctantly apologizes to Kiyaan, adding that she is sorry for correcting him even if he was wrong. Kiyaan then asks her to apologize to his mother. Savi apologizes to Ashika, who smugly says she forgives her for Kiyaan’s sake. Sai enters and witnesses this. Kiyaan then suggests that since Sai is also there, they can enjoy dinner together. He leaves with Ashika and Arsh.
The manager informs them that Sai has prepared a pizza base for both her parents. However, Sai tells Savi that she doesn’t like this place and wants to go home. Savi lifts her and leaves. In the lift, Rajat offers to order ice cream for Sai, but she refuses, saying she will never eat ice cream and pizza again, then runs into the house. Rajat thinks Sai believes he is wrong, but he is just a helpless father to Kiyaan. Savi, meanwhile, boils milk for Sai while recalling Rajat’s shameful actions.
At home, Milind offers sweets to Shantanu, celebrating his new job at Shantanu’s college. Shantanu warns that while he may be a lenient uncle, he is a strict boss. Isha counters, saying Shantanu is a lenient teacher. Milind takes her blessings. Mrunmayee asks if he got a job in the Media and Communications department where Lucky studies. Milind jokes that Lucky will turn “unlucky” now. They all laugh.
Later, Milind visits the Thakkars and offers them sweets. He asks them to call Savi and informs her of his new job. Noticing her sadness, he asks if she is okay. She assures him she is fine. He takes her aside and insists she share what happened. Savi reveals how Rajat forced her to apologize to Kiyaan and Ashika. Shocked, Milind asks if she truly apologized to them. Savi, equally surprised at herself, says she had to do it for Sai’s sake. She confesses that living with toxic Rajat disgusts her, but she married him for Sai’s sake and sacrificed her self-respect for Sai’s happiness.
Milind advises her to vent out her pain and cry if she needs to. She breaks down in tears. He reassures her that being a mother isn’t easy—mothers do everything to protect their children. He also notes that Rajat is likely just as helpless when it comes to Kiyaan and suggests giving him some time. Savi thanks Milind for listening to her and comforting her like a true brother.
Savi returns to Sai with dinner, but Sai refuses to eat. Savi playfully cheers her up, feeding her a bite. She then tells her it’s “Papa’s bite” next. Sai angrily refuses, saying she doesn’t want anything from her father since he insulted her. She admits she lied to herself, convincing herself that her papa loves her, but he always humiliates her instead.
She asks Savi if she will also leave her, just like Ashika left Rajat because she didn’t love him. Savi assures Sai that their papa loves her but sometimes gets angry—just like how she herself sometimes misbehaves. She reminds Sai that she can see her papa’s love deep inside him. Sai responds, “I love you, Pari Mamma, but I am still angry at Papa and will not talk to him.” Rajat overhears their conversation.
