Manya eats the food and likes it. Sachin scolds him, saying that only Anya is his friend. He tells Anya not to eat the food, but Anya insists, saying it’s tasty. He joins in and admits that it’s good. Sachin scolds him again, but Anya defends Sayali, saying she made good food, and they shouldn’t waste it.
Sayali tells Anya to explain everything to Sachin. Anya promises to praise her in front of Sachin. However, Sachin tells Anya to let her leave. Anya insists that Sayali is good and that Sachin is lucky to have her. He advises him not to fight with her and urges him to try the food.
Sachin admits that he knows Sayali cooks well but still asks her to leave. Sayali requests that Anya remind Sachin to take care of his health and not skip meals. She adds that he can take out his anger on her but should avoid drinking and coming home late at night.
Sachin retorts that she shouldn’t lecture him and declares that he won’t eat. Sayali remains calm and tells Anya to eat well so that Sachin feels like he has eaten too. She hands over a tiffin for Sachin and asks Anya to feed him. Before leaving, she reminds Sachin to bring back all the boxes when he comes home.
After she leaves, Anya asks Sachin if he will eat or if they should finish it. Sachin, possessive over his food, says it’s his box and tells them not to touch it. He sits down to eat while Anya smiles. Sachin recalls how Aaji and Dad always said food shouldn’t be wasted and claims he is eating only for their sake. Secretly, he enjoys the food.
Meanwhile, Renu gives ₹25,000 to Tejas and tells him she got it from Shakku. She instructs him to give it to Roshni and claim that it’s his bonus. She urges him to find a job, warning that if Paresh finds out, it will affect his health. Tejas assures her that he is trying every day. She pleads with him to keep looking for work. He agrees and asks her to make tea while he changes. She prays for him.
Tejas later gives the money to Roshni, calling it a bonus. Roshni encourages him to confidently ask for a Diwali bonus, saying they will surely give it to him. Tejas realizes this means he has to borrow money again. When Roshni asks what he said, he brushes it off and leaves.
Afterward, Roshni calls Dinesh and informs him that she has arranged ₹25,000 and will send it to him. She warns him to stay out of her life. However, Dinesh threatens her, saying that the money should keep coming or else he will bring her past into her present. Roshni is left worried.
The next morning, Sachin takes care of Paresh. Sayali offers to make juice for Paresh, but he refuses. Tejas and Renu ask for tea. Paresh mentions that Aaji has sent money and that his pension will also arrive soon. He then suggests that Roshni and Sayali celebrate Navratri at their Maayka. He asks Renu to give them money.
Roshni refuses, saying they should focus on Paresh’s recovery first. Renu praises her but taunts Sayali about helping Akash. Paresh takes the blame upon himself, but Sachin reassures him, saying it isn’t his fault as he has raised them well. Paresh insists that they have to face the consequences of past events and move on.
Renu agrees and proposes that they call Akash home, saying he is their son. Sachin is furious and reminds her that Akash caused their father’s suffering. He threatens to break Akash’s legs. Renu argues that Akash is still his brother, but Sachin refuses to acknowledge him. He recalls how he had warned Akash to stay away from Riya.
Tejas thinks to himself that Akash married a rich girl, and he cannot allow him to return home. He sides with Sachin, saying Akash cannot come back. Renu is shocked and asks why. Tejas insists that they all suffered humiliation because of Akash. Renu argues that Akash acted on Sayali’s advice. Sayali, frustrated, clarifies that Akash got married of his own will and asks not to be blamed for it. Renu sarcastically asks if she should thank Sayali instead. Sachin firmly states that Akash has no place in their home.
Paresh concludes that Akash left because he only cares about himself and not the family. He forbids anyone from bringing up Akash’s name in the house again. He then instructs Sachin to take Sayali to her home. Sachin agrees and tells Sayali to pack her bags. Sayali asks why. Paresh explains that it is a tradition for a newly married woman to celebrate her first Navratri at her Maayka. Sachin protests, but Paresh asks Roshni if she will be visiting her father’s house.
Roshni replies that her father is not in Dubai, and she doesn’t know when he will return. Tejas suggests they go there anyway, and Roshni walks away. Paresh then asks Sayali to inform Shubha and prepare to leave. Sachin insists he has a lot of work, but Paresh reminds him of his promise to Shubha and asks if he wants him to break it.
Paresh pretends to clutch his heart in pain, making Sachin agree to take Sayali. Paresh smiles as Sayali gets happy. Sachin asks him not to worry. Renu advises Roshni to visit her father. However, Roshni looks troubled. Later, Sachin gives money to Sayali and tells her to buy a saree, adding that he is only doing this for his father’s sake. He walks away, leaving Sayali sad.
