Jigar describes to Thakkar how he was honey-trapped by his colleague, who threatened to slap molestation charges on him if he didn’t pay her 50 lakhs. He further explains how he had to close the business before it even started and return to India to gather money.
Savi describes how she saw Tara in Mumbai, followed her, and found her staying with her husband, Jigar, in a hotel room. Bhagyashree says Savi had informed her about Tara’s presence in Mumbai, but she didn’t trust Savi then. Jigar said Savi listened to his problem and promised to help him.
Savi shares that she had applied for a 25-lakh personal loan, and when it was rejected, she tried to sell her jewellery. Jigar recalls how they were waiting at a café for a buyer when he saw Rajat entering and alerted Savi. He explains that he came here now because he didn’t want the family to misunderstand Savi.
Rajat tells Jigar that he should have come to him for help. Jigar questions how he could seek help from him. Bhagyashree tells Savi that she shouldn’t have done so much for their family and should have let them handle the issue. Rajendra says they should be thankful to God for such a caring daughter-in-law, but instead, Bhagyashree is criticizing her. He tells Jigar that he will be staying with them and asks him to bring Tara and her daughter home, as he considers all his children equal and has no problem with their stay.
Isha, standing firm, says that just like Rajendra took a decision for his daughter, she is taking a decision for hers. She declares that she is taking Savi home, as she cannot bear to see them insulting and character-assassinating her daughter. She recalls how she was skeptical about getting Savi married to Rajat but felt reassured when Rajendra promised to treat her like his own daughter. Yet, he remained silent when Rajat wrongly accused Savi. She then confronts Bhagyashree for disrespecting Savi’s efforts. Rajendra apologizes on behalf of the family and assures Isha that he will stand by Savi from now on.
Shantanu tells Isha that he trusts Rajendra, but Isha disagrees. She insists that Savi come home with her. However, Savi refuses, explaining that just as Isha is concerned for her daughter, she is concerned for hers. She states that little Sai will search for her mother when she wakes up, and she doesn’t want her to suffer the pain of separation again. She makes it clear that she is here only for Sai and no one else. The Bhosales leave.
Back in their room, Rajat feels guilty for accusing Savi and apologizes. Savi is shocked and asks why. He admits that he misunderstood her. Suddenly, he experiences back pain. When Savi asks if he is acting, he insists that he is really in pain. She offers to apply balm, but he initially refuses before agreeing. He removes his kurta, and Savi asks how the party was.
Rajat recalls how Kiyaan insulted him and suddenly shouts for Savi to leave and check on Sai instead. Confused, Savi wonders what could have happened at the party. She finds Sai still awake and asks why she hasn’t slept yet. Sai says she couldn’t sleep and reveals that she didn’t give her gift to Kiyaan. She then describes how Kiyaan insulted Rajat and how a policeman forcibly evicted them from the party. Savi realizes that Kiyaan is still struggling with the mental trauma caused by Rajat’s past behavior.
