Anupama asks Anuj if he is tired of her lecture. Anuj replies that he wants to hear her lecture forever. Anupama gets shy and leaves. Sagar approaches Anuj and tells him that he tried to talk to Anudi, but Mahi started crying, interrupting their conversation. Anuj says he understands and states that the truth can not be hidden—Sagar must tell her everything.
Meanwhile, Toshu enters Anupama’s room and tries to take the box. Just then, Anuj decides to give medicine to Anu and walks into the room. Toshu quickly hides as Anuj doesn’t notice him. Suddenly, Anuj’s phone rings, alerting Toshu. Anuj steps out to talk to Mr. Mehta, and Toshu realizes he should leave as anyone could enter the room at any moment.
Later, while everyone is busy watching TV, Toshu tells Pakhi to shout if someone approaches, pretending she has a cramp in her foot. Pakhi hesitates and asks if he really wants to do this. He reminds her that they need money. He then sneaks into the room, takes out the box, and searches for the key. When he can’t find it, he looks for something to force it open. Meanwhile, Ishu asks Pakhi to tie her hair, and Pakhi does so.
Sagar gets up to fetch a pillow. Meenu notices Aadhya coughing and goes to get cough syrup. Sagar returns with the pillow but hears noises from Anupama’s room. Curious, he asks who is there. Meenu arrives and tells Sagar that she just wanted to see him since she couldn’t look at him in front of others. Sagar warns her that anyone could come, but Meenu insists she doesn’t care. He asks if she has gone mad. Meenu replies that she is madly in love with him.
Just then, they hear another noise from Anupama’s room and find Toshu taking out the jewelry and cash. Shocked, they step inside. Meenu immediately accuses him of stealing. Toshu, realizing he has been caught, starts shouting for everyone to come. Aadhya takes the kids away as everyone rushes in to see what is happening.
Toshu quickly lies, claiming that he had entered the room to get a mosquito racket and saw Meenu and Sagar stealing. He accuses them of trying to escape with the jewelry and cash. Anupama demands that he stop lying. Toshu insists that if he hadn’t come in, Sagar would have run away with everything, including Meenu.
Pakhi supports Toshu, saying she has seen Sagar and Meenu romancing on the street. Meenu defends herself, saying Toshu is lying. Sagar adds that before they could explain, Toshu started yelling. Toshu argues back, asking why they were even in the room. Sagar tells him not to shift the blame. Meenu pleads her innocence, but Dolly scolds her, reminding her that she was warned to stay away from Sagar.
Anupama, overwhelmed, demands to know what is going on. Toshu sarcastically asks if she will not believe her own children. He then plays a video as proof, showing Meenu and Sagar together. Toshu taunts Anupama, saying it’s unbelievable that she was unaware of their relationship. He suggests that either they are very clever, or she is foolish. Pakhi reveals that Vanraj had doubts about Meenu and always sent her in a car, but she insisted on taking an auto, where Sagar would always be waiting.
Toshu accuses Sagar of trapping a rich girl to elevate his status. Dolly says that Pakhi sent her the video, which is why she came. Dimpy adds that Sagar and Meenu must have been planning to elope with the jewelry and cash. Toshu agrees.
Babu ji expresses disbelief, but Baa insists that people get blinded by love.
Anuj suggests that they should hear Sagar and Meenu out. Dolly, however, insists that they are having an affair. Meenu and Sagar plead with Anupama to listen. Meenu says she initiated the relationship, not Sagar. Sagar admits that he was worried for Anupama’s health back in college, and when he lied, he regretted it deeply. He tried to tell her the truth, but every time, he was interrupted.
Meenu declares their love is real and that they want to marry with everyone’s blessings. Dolly mocks her, asking what she will tell her friends. Meenu firmly says that she has no problem with Sagar being an auto driver. Toshu and Pakhi continue to accuse Sagar of using Meenu for money and a green card. Sagar and Meenu, however, maintain that their love is pure and that they have never crossed any boundaries.
Anupama, visibly upset, says she trusted them, and they broke her trust. She laments that because of them, she now has to endure humiliation. She says enough is enough.Toshu and Pakhi then provoke her further. Toshu reminds Anupama how she threw them out for their mistakes. Dimpy claims that if they had done this, Anupama would have punished them severely. Anuj asks Dimpy to stop talking nonsense.
Baa questions if everyone else knew while Anupama remained clueless. Dolly suggests that Anupama knew but pretended otherwise. Anuj defends Anupama, saying she genuinely didn’t know. He explains that he had asked Sagar to inform Anupama about Meenu. Even Bala confirms that he knew because he wanted them to be honest with Anupama.
Toshu sarcastically tells Anupama that the people she trusted the most have betrayed her. Dimpy claims that if it were them, Anupama would have made their lives miserable. Pakhi says she would have slapped them, lectured them, and thrown them out. Baa then asks Anupama what she is going to do now. Anupama, unable to take it anymore, turns to leave. Sagar and Meenu apologize and try to stop her.
Meenu insists that love is not a crime and that Anuj and Anupama’s own love story is an example for many. She questions if Anupama, of all people, cannot understand their love, then who will?
Sagar earnestly tells Anupama that there is no conspiracy—he genuinely loves Meenu. Meenu says she believes in him and knows he will become a good lawyer. They continue to apologize, but Anupama pulls away.
Pakhi scoffs at their words, but Kinjal tells her to shut up, saying Anupama is handling the situation. Toshu argues that if she had really been handling it, none of this would have happened. Dolly blames Anupama for encouraging them. Anuj steps in, asking everyone to stop. Toshu sarcastically calls Anuj Anupama’s lawyer. Bala warns Toshu to speak respectfully. Toshu snaps back, asking who Bala is to interfere in their family matters.
Indra, Sagar’s mother, steps in, saying that Sagar is her son, so she has the right to speak. Baa sides with Toshu, blaming Anupama for not keeping an eye on things. Bala points out that the family always turns against Anupama—when they need her, they cry for help, but when she helps, they attack her.
He then asks Toshu what he was doing in Anupama’s room. Anuj calls Toshu an old thief, reminding everyone that he even went to jail in America. Baa defends Toshu, saying her grandson is not a thief. Indra demands to know what Toshu was doing inside the room. Toshu deflects, asking why Sagar and Meenu didn’t tell Anupama earlier.
Baa continues to blame Anupama, but Babu ji puts a stop to it, defending his daughter. The family erupts in arguments until Anupama finally shouts, demanding silence. She storms into her room. Sagar follows, knocking on her door. He apologizes, saying she is like a God to him, and if she is upset with him, he cannot live peacefully. Bala advises Sagar to understand that Anupama is deeply hurt.
Anuj also blames himself for hurting her. Meanwhile, Toshu mocks Dolly, saying she should be more worried about her daughter eloping. He then attacks Sagar. Sagar fights back, accusing Toshu of being a thief who misbehaves and then shifts the blame onto others. Anuj orders Toshu to leave, saying he is clearly taking revenge on Sagar by using Meenu.
