Sayali meets Kishor and clears the misunderstanding about Akash’s wedding. She asks if she can meet Paresh once. Kishor tells her to hurry and see him before anyone else arrives. Sayali goes to see Paresh and breaks down in tears. She ties a thread around his hand.
Meanwhile, Kishor notices Renu and Roshni approaching. He quickly calls Sayali, warning her to leave. Just then, Tejas informs everyone that Paresh’s operation is done, he has been shifted to a normal room, and he is fine. Kishor insists that Sayali should go before Renu arrives.
Roshni offers to make an online payment for the medicines while Sayali quickly hides and leaves. Before going, she thanks Kishor for his help and asks him to take care of Paresh. Renu, Roshni, and Tejas then arrive to see Paresh.
Elsewhere, Akash is devastated and sits in shock. Riya asks him what happened. He tells her that no one allowed him to see his father, despite his repeated pleas. They have completely discarded him, and he has no idea what to do next. Riya consoles him, saying she expected this reaction from them.
At the hospital, Paresh and Renu have a conversation. Sachin arrives to meet Paresh and expresses his relief. He tells Paresh that he would have been shattered if anything had happened to him. He then mentions that the doctor has said Paresh can be discharged and taken home. Paresh hugs Sachin, who admits he was terrified.
Sachin confesses that he never thought he would pray so much for someone’s life, but seeing Paresh recover has made him happy. He attributes this to Paresh’s good deeds. He then apologizes for getting drunk and causing a scene. Paresh tells him to forget about it and asks where Tejas and Roshni are. Renu explains that they didn’t eat anything since yesterday, so they went to have food. Paresh then asks about Akash but suddenly feels pain in his chest.
He notices the thread on his hand and asks where Sayali is. Renu dismisses the topic, saying that Sayali is out of their lives and will not return. However, Paresh insists that she had come. Sachin then brings breakfast. Renu asks if he checked with the doctor about what Paresh is allowed to eat. Sachin clarifies that the food is not for Paresh but for her.
Renu refuses, but Sachin urges her to eat, saying she will fall sick if she doesn’t. He reminds her that Paresh will take time to recover and return home. Paresh also insists that Renu eat. Eventually, she takes the food packet. Sachin reassures Paresh and tells him that he will complete the hospital formalities before they leave. They then bring Paresh home.
As they arrive, Paresh asks if Sachin’s car has been repaired. Sachin says yes but avoids discussing it further. Paresh insists that Sachin must pay rent for the car. Sachin hesitates but leads Paresh inside. Roshni performs Paresh’s aarti. Paresh then turns to Sachin and says that as brothers, he and Tejas may fight and make up, but raising a hand on Roshni is unacceptable. He instructs Sachin to apologize to her.
