Renu gives her gold bangles to Sachin, and Tejas hands over a chain. Roshni also tries to give some jewellery, but Sachin stops her, saying it is enough. Sayali watches on and cries. The nurse gives Sachin the bill and cash. He says he will be right back. Sayali hides, thinking about how much Sachin loved his car.
Just then, Akash arrives. Renu scolds him and asks him to leave. Tejas also insists that he go. Akash asks about Paresh’s whereabouts. Roshni taunts him, questioning why he is suddenly concerned when he never cared about Renu and Paresh before. Kishor also scolds Akash.
Renu tells Akash that if he had just informed them once, she would have convinced Paresh. She blames him for Paresh’s current condition. Akash pleads to see his father, but Sachin returns and stops him. Sachin orders Akash to leave, warning that he will kill him if he doesn’t. Akash begs for just one chance to see Paresh.
Sachin refuses, reminding him that Paresh went to jail because of him. He says he never imagined seeing his father in this state and demands that Akash leave. Tejas steps in, asking Sachin to calm down since their father is still in surgery. Roshni also tells Akash to leave. Akash insists that he has come to see his father and offers to help with the angioplasty expenses, saying he has enough money.
Sachin refuses, stating that they do not need the money of selfish people like him. He tells Akash that he has already deposited the money and that good people still exist in this world. Sachin adds that while God may forgive Akash, he never will. Akash, heartbroken, pleads one last time, but Renu tearfully asks him to leave. Akash walks away in tears.
Meanwhile, Paresh is taken into surgery, and Sayali follows. The doctor assures the family that they will be informed once the operation is complete. Sayali watches from a distance as Sachin worries about the expenses. Renu has already given her jewelry, so Sachin decides to mortgage it.
Kishor reassures him, telling him not to worry and to go ahead. Sachin instructs Tejas to stay with Kishor, and Tejas agrees. Renu asks Tejas to handle things. Sayali prays for Paresh, and Renu and Roshni join her. Renu breaks down, saying she cannot bear to see Paresh in this condition and cannot live without him.
Roshni consoles her, telling her not to stress and that everything will be fine. However, Renu curses Sayali. Hearing this, Sayali is deeply hurt and begins to cry. Shortly after, the doctor announces that the operation was successful. Sachin thanks him, and Sayali, watching from afar, smiles in relief.
Sachin and Tejas take Paresh to his room. Sayali is determined to tie a protective thread around Paresh’s wrist, believing it is important. Sachin becomes emotional upon seeing Paresh and breaks down. Tejas supports him and assures him that he will stay by their father’s side.
Sachin then leaves to take care of some work. Sayali notices him and quickly hides. Sachin asks about the doctor and walks away. Meanwhile, a nurse instructs Tejas to get an injection. As Tejas steps out, Sayali realizes that Paresh is alone and seizes the opportunity to tie the thread on his wrist.
