Anupama recalls Pakhi’s words about having friends who can let them stay in their house. She thanks her but declines the offer. Pakhi asks Toshu if lightning will strike them. Toshu says it feels like everyone wants revenge on them. Pakhi, feeling scared, complains that mosquitoes are biting her. Toshu steps on dung and removes his slippers.
Pakhi points out that their clothes are wet and Mummy didn’t even let them take the handbag. Toshu assures her that he has Papa’s credit card, saying he found it while searching for the property papers. Pakhi excitedly suggests they go shopping, letting Papa handle the bills. Toshu smugly says it will be in lakhs and suggests they check into a hotel.
Anupama wakes up everyone in Asha Bhavan and hands them toothbrushes. She hugs Baa and tries to cheer her up. Kinjal goes to make tea. Meanwhile, Dolly, Dimpy, Indra, and others wait in line to use the bathroom as the song Thoda Hai Thode Ki plays. Kinjal serves tea and takes a paratha on her plate. Aadhya helps the kids bathe on the lawn while they play with water. Everyone watches. Later, Anuj asks Baa and Babu ji to perform the aarti, and they do.
Anupama finds Anuj making multiple job calls but failing to secure one. Mere Paas Hai Tu plays. Anuj places a paper on Anupama’s back and writes something. Suddenly, he receives a message from a former competitor offering him a job. Anupama asks if he doesn’t feel bad about it. Anuj replies that he has many responsibilities, and if he doesn’t take care of himself while fulfilling them, he will feel bad.
He reminds her that they also have Mahi’s responsibility and that he needs to win her heart. Anupama reassures him, saying he already did long ago. Anuj playfully asks what she said, then dismisses it, saying her ears are hearing things. She tells him they have to deliver achaar and papad to a nearby hotel. Anuj insists they go together, adding that once he becomes his old self again, she won’t need to do this.
Baa watches Dolly and Dimpy pulling out the tarpaulin. She asks Bala to sell her bangle for ration. Bala assures her it’s unnecessary but says he will take it if needed before leaving. Meanwhile, Dimpy and Dolly complain about all the work. Dimpy declares that Titu has his own house but refuses to leave without her share.
Kinjal advises her to go and enjoy her comforts, but Dimpy refuses. Dolly agrees, saying she, too, is enduring all this to get her share. Meenu, shocked, asks what she means. Dolly replies that she will return to the US with her. At the hotel, Toshu and Pakhi relax in luxury. Pakhi clicks selfies and posts them on social media to make people jealous. Aadhya shows the photos to Kinjal, who calls Toshu and Pakhi foolish for not realizing that a credit card has a limit.
She warns Aadhya not to inform Mummy. Meanwhile, Bala kaka repairs a phone, and Sagar stares at Meenu. Baa asks Dolly and Dimpy to chop onions. Dimpy refuses. Baa tells them to sit and help since they are preparing tiffin. As they cut onions, their eyes burn. Seeing this, Anupama gives them helmets to wear, saying it will prevent tears.
Baa comments that those who want to work find 100 ways to do it, while those who don’t find 1,000 excuses to avoid it. Suddenly, Nandita slips, and Titu catches her. She thanks him for his help. However, Dimpy, furious, slaps Nandita. Titu shouts at Dimpy, while Anupama, shocked, demands to know what she has done. Dimpy argues that Anupama ignores Nandita’s behavior and accuses her of trying to woo Titu.
She further taunts Anupama, saying she is too busy romancing Anuj, just like Baa and Babu ji. She blames Anupama for separating Baa and Babu ji, provoking Kinjal against Toshu, and now attempting to ruin her relationship with Titu.
Anupama, disappointed, says she never imagined Dimpy’s thinking would be so cheap. Dimpy counters that Anupama’s thoughts and intentions are worse, accusing her of following a set pattern—trapping rich men and taking their money.
Nandita, shocked, asks what she means. Dimpy goes further, saying Nandita’s husband probably left her because she had an illegitimate affair.
Furious, Anupama slaps Dimpy and asks if she can’t function without getting slapped by her. She defends Nandita and Tapish, saying they are nothing like what Dimpy suggests. She demands that Dimpy apologize to Nandita immediately. Dimpy refuses.
Tapish apologizes to Nandita on Dimpy’s behalf. Nandita assures Anupama that she doesn’t think that way about Tapish. Anupama reaffirms her trust in Nandita. Dimpy, still enraged, accuses Anupama of prioritizing her adopted daughter over her own children and caring more about Asha Bhavan’s people than her own family. She warns the Asha Bhavan residents that Anupama, whom they see as their savior, will betray them one day.
She urges them to mark the date and time, predicting that Anupama will break their hearts and trust. Meanwhile, Toshu, full from eating, tells Pakhi they will rest before heading out for shopping. Just then, the hotel manager arrives, asking for payment. Toshu and Pakhi complain about poor service and stale food.
The manager advises them to file a complaint with customer service but insists they pay. Toshu hesitates but says he will do it. Later, Nandita, in tears, tells Anupama she isn’t the kind of woman Dimpy accused her of being. Anupama reassures her, urging her to stand up for herself if Dimpy ever insults her again. Nandita hugs her.
