Anupama recalls Pakhi’s words about having friends and being able to stay at their house. She thanks Pakhi but refuses the offer. Pakhi asks Toshu if the lightning will strike them. Toshu replies that it seems everyone wants revenge on them. Pakhi expresses fear and complains about mosquito bites. Toshu accidentally steps on dung and removes his slippers.
Pakhi laments that their clothes are wet and that Anupama didn’t give them a chance to take the handbag. Toshu reveals that he has Papa’s credit card, saying he found it while searching for the property papers. Pakhi suggests they go shopping since Papa will receive the bill. Toshu agrees, saying it will be in lakhs. They decide to check into a hotel.
Anupama wakes everyone up at Asha Bhavan and distributes toothbrushes. She hugs Baa and tries to cheer her up. Kinjal prepares tea, while Dolly, Dimpy, Indra, and others wait in line to use the bathroom. A song plays in the background: Thoda hai thode ki… Kinjal serves tea and takes a paratha. Aadhya helps the kids bathe in the lawn while playing with water. Everyone watches. Later, Anuj asks Baa and Babuji to perform the aarti, and they do so.
Anupama sees Anuj making numerous job calls but failing to secure one. The song Mere paas hai tu plays. Anuj places paper on Anupama’s back and writes something. Suddenly, he receives a message from a former competitor offering him a job. Anupama asks if he feels bad about it. Anuj replies that he has responsibilities to fulfill and that if he doesn’t take care of them, he will feel worse. He mentions Mahi’s responsibility and says he needs to win her heart too.
Anupama reassures him that he already has. Anuj teases her, saying she’s imagining things. Anupama reminds him they need to deliver pickles and papads to a nearby hotel. Anuj insists they’ll go together, promising that once he regains his former status, Anupama won’t have to do such work anymore.
Baa sees Dolly and Dimpy taking out a tarpaulin. She asks Bala to sell her bangle for ration. Bala assures her it’s not needed but will take it if necessary. Dimpy and Dolly discuss the workload. Dimpy says Titu has his own house, but she won’t leave without her share. Kinjal tells her to enjoy her comforts, but Dimpy refuses, saying she will not leave without her rightful share. Dolly agrees, saying she’s enduring this for her share as well.
Meenu overhears and questions her. Dolly tells Meenu they will return to the U.S. together. Meanwhile, Toshu and Pakhi enjoy their luxurious hotel room. Pakhi takes selfies and posts them online to make others jealous. Aadhya shows the photos to Kinjal. Kinjal calls them foolish for not realizing the credit card has a limit and instructs Aadhya not to inform Anupama.
Bala Kaka repairs a phone while Sagar eyes Meenu. Baa orders Dolly and Dimpy to chop onions. Dimpy refuses. Baa tells them to sit since they’re preparing food for tiffin service. They reluctantly agree but complain about their eyes burning. Anupama makes them wear helmets, saying it will prevent tears. Baa comments that those willing to work find a hundred ways to do so, while those unwilling find a thousand excuses.
Just then, Nandita slips, and Titu catches her. She thanks him, but Dimpy becomes furious and slaps Nandita. Titu yells at Dimpy. Anupama, shocked, demands an explanation. Dimpy justifies her actions, accusing Nandita of trying to seduce Titu. She lashes out at Anupama, claiming she has no time to see what’s happening because she’s too busy romancing Anuj.
Dimpy further accuses Anupama of separating Baa and Babuji, turning Kinjal against Toshu, and now attempting to break her and Titu apart. Anupama is appalled by Dimpy’s thinking. Dimpy continues her tirade, insulting Nandita and insinuating that her husband left her due to an illicit affair.
Enraged, Anupama slaps Dimpy, warning her not to make such accusations again. She defends both Nandita and Tapish, demanding that Dimpy apologize. Dimpy refuses. Tapish apologizes to Nandita on Dimpy’s behalf. Nandita reassures Anupama that she would never think of Tapish that way. Anupama expresses her trust in her.
Dimpy, however, continues to lash out at Anupama, claiming that she prioritizes her adopted daughter and the Asha Bhavan people over her own children. She warns the Asha Bhavan residents that Anupama, whom they see as a savior, will eventually betray them. She urges them to mark her words: Anupama will break their trust one day.
Meanwhile, Toshu and Pakhi enjoy their meal. Toshu mentions he has eaten too much. Pakhi suggests they rest before going shopping.
The hotel manager arrives, asking them to settle the bill. Toshu and Pakhi argue, claiming the service was bad and the food stale. The manager advises them to complain at customer service but insists they must pay. Toshu reluctantly agrees.
Nandita, in tears, tells Anupama she isn’t the kind of woman Dimpy claims she is. Anupama encourages her to stand up for herself if Dimpy ever insults her again. Nandita hugs her.
