Everyone cries in the hospital. Anuj arrives. Aadhya says, “Pops… Mummy left forever, leaving us.” Everyone cries. Anuj insists, “This can’t happen. You are wrong; Anu can’t leave me.” He places his hand on the OT door and calls Anupama, asking if she can hear him. He urges her to get up, saying they can’t stay away from each other. He pleads with Kanha ji, asking her to get up. He cries and shouts, asking her to wake up.
He says, “Kanha ji gave me the gift on my birthday; don’t leave me.” He begs her not to abandon him and asks Babu ji to tell her to get up. He questions why she is not opening the door and why she is not listening to him. He calls her again and insists that Kanha ji said they would never separate, asking her to listen.
Suddenly, the machine starts beeping and shows normal lines. The doctors are present and notice the machine beeping. One doctor says, “She is alive; it is a miracle and unbelievable.” They place the oxygen mask on her again. Anuj comes out and announces that Anupama ji is alive; it is a miracle. Anuj expresses his belief and thanks Kanha ji.
Toshu is confused, stating that the doctor said she was dead, so how can this be? Meenu explains, providing the medical term. Anuj insists it is Kanha ji’s miracle. Toshu gets happy and hugs Babu ji. Sagar informs Bala that Anupama is fine, and Bala informs everyone, leading to their joy. Kinjal tells Baa that Mummy is out of danger. Baa cries and hugs her.
Anuj enters Anupama’s ward. Anupama regains consciousness and says, “Kapadia ji.” She opens her eyes and holds his hand. Everyone outside smiles, seeing her fine. Anuj kisses her hand and wipes his tears, saying, “Anu… we have to cover the distance from here as life partners. Anger, love, hatred, etc. Wherever we stay, in our house, rented house, or on the road, I want to be with you.”
He continues, “Kanha ji gave me a gift again and sent you back. You fought with death and returned.” She replies, “I saw something when I was unconscious; if it was truth or a dream.” Anuj reassures her that it is truth and is confident that she will return from death. Anupama jokes that Kanha ji might have said that if she comes up, she will give him a five-page lecture, so he should keep her down on earth. Anuj laughs, saying they should not lose this chance and should accept it.
Anupama expresses, “We will be together with love, and I will be Maan.” Anuj says, “I love you.” Anupama replies, “I know.” He asks her to reveal what he could have read in her eyes, but she compressed it. Anupama states, “I want to grow old with you.” Anuj smiles and holds her hand, placing his hand on her head. Anupama smiles and cries, and he kisses her forehead.
Aadhya enters and calls Anupama. She rests her head on Anupama’s head and cries. Babu ji says, “My daughter’s family is complete now; the festival has become a festival.” Aadhya apologizes to Anupama and Anuj, saying, “I couldn’t become a good daughter. You tried to make me understand, but I was adamant and stubborn. If I hadn’t left, we would have stayed happily in the US. I am very sorry.”
Anuj reassures her that what has happened has happened, and it’s alright that she realizes her mistake. He reminds her that they are together due to God’s blessings. Anupama smiles. Babu ji, Sagar, Meenu, and others come in. Anupama tells Babu ji that she is fine. The doctor mentions they have given them time to meet the patient but advises that she should rest now. Anupama insists, “I am fine; let them be here.” Anuj interjects, “No, you had a big operation. You need to rest.” Anupama asks Babu ji not to worry and to take his medicine.
Toshu suggests they should go home. Titu agrees. Meenu mentions that Mami will sleep now since heavy doses were given to her. Babu ji instructs Anuj to stay with Anupama, and they leave. Anuj tells Aadhya that he missed her so much, saying he thought that Anupama searched for her and brought her back. Aadhya replies, “I will never leave you all. I love you so much.”
The Shahs and Ashram people are dancing. Toshu brings Babu ji and others in the car. Babu ji tells them to play the dhol and dance, shouting, “Jai Shri Krishna.” He states, “I was not talking to God, but he returned my God, so the fight is over.” They all chant “Jai Shri Krishna.” He tells Baa that Anuj and Anupama’s love is like Radha and Krishna’s love. He mentions the miracle that happened in the hospital, saying that the doctor said Anupama was dead, but Anuj came there and called her, and she returned. He exclaims, “Jai Shri Krishna.”
Bala adds that Pandit ji told him that Anuj fought with God for Anupama. Babu ji agrees, saying true love can bring back their love. Kinjal says she now sees the Anuj Kapadia in him. Baa states they should be together and happy. Babu ji jokes that he will have double sweets. Baa stops him but gives him a small piece. Nandita says everyone should have Anuj and Anupama’s kind of love. Sagar looks at Meenu. Babu ji tells Bala to play the drum. They dance.
The next day, Meenu comes out of the house and falls. Sagar catches her. Pakhi sees them and thinks about telling with proof. Meenu leaves. Anupama opens her eyes and sees the decorated hospital room with a “Get Well Soon” message. Anuj and Aadhya enter. Aadhya helps Anupama sit up and combs her hair. Kinjal, Titu, Dimpy, Pakhi, and Toshu enter the room. Anupama looks at them and smiles.
