Megha stabs Anupama in the stomach, shocking everyone. Aadhya shouts, “Mummy!” Anuj calls out, “Anu!” Everyone panics. Anuj holds Anupama and asks, “What happened to you?” Anupama looks at Anuj and Aadhya, smiles, and closes her eyes. Viren arrives and grabs Megha. Anuj yells, “Call an ambulance!” Toshu says, “The ambulance will take too long.” Anuj shouts, “Take the car!” He lifts Anupama, walking determinedly, saying he won’t let anything happen to her.
Megha calls Aadhya, crying, “Priya is leaving me,” and asks Viren to bring her back. She claims Anupama has taken Priya away from her. Viren yells at her, “Stop it! I listened to everything you said and brought Aadhya home, thinking you couldn’t handle the loss of Priya. But you’re not a mother—you’re a criminal!” He continues, “If you were truly a mother, you wouldn’t try to kill your daughter. Anupama is the real mother, who took a stab to save her daughter. Pray nothing happens to Anupama, or you’ll lose me too, after losing Aadhya.”
In the car, Aadhya begs Anupama to open her eyes, telling her, “I need you,” and admits, “I want to love you more than I ever hated you.” Toshu tells her to keep her eyes open. Anuj tells Anupama that he needs her too, checking her breath. Toshu drives hurriedly, “We will reach Mummy soon.” Baa and Babuji are in the auto, crying. Baa says, “That woman will never be happy after stabbing Anupama.” She sobs.
At the Ashram, Bala says, “Everything will be fine; Kanha Ji will make everything okay.” But Babuji shouts, “If Kanha Ji was here, nothing would happen to Anupama!” He adds, “My daughter is in pain. Kanha Ji doesn’t care about her. If anything happens to my daughter, I will not pray to God anymore, in this life or the next.”
Anuj, Toshu, and Aadhya rush Anupama to the hospital. The doctor tells them, “This is a police case,” and instructs the nurse to prepare the OT, urging them to complete the legal formalities. Sagar also arrives and says, “Anudi…” Anuj prays, “Don’t forget, you need to come back to us safely.”
Everyone is worried about Anupama and crying. Kinjal, Titu, Pakhi, and others cry. Indra thinks about how Anupama saved her and tears up. The doctor emerges after the operation, telling Anuj that Anupama is in a coma, on a ventilator, and that she might not survive. Aadhya screams, “No!” But it turns out to be a nightmare of Anuj’s. He prays to God to save his Anu.
Meenu calls Sagar, asking how Mami is. Sagar says, “Nothing can be said, and I’m very scared.” He cries. Meenu reassures, “Nothing bad can happen to her,” then ends the call. “Mami is in the OT. We don’t know how long the operation will take.” Titu says, “I’ll bring food for them.” Baa insists on making the food. Kinjal says, “Stay with Babuji; I’ll make it.” Pakhi, upset, says to Meenu, “How could you not know that your college Dean’s wife was like this?” Meenu responds, “I saw her for the first time.” Titu asks Pakhi, “What are you saying?” Pakhi apologizes to Meenu, explaining, “I’m scared for Mummy; that’s why I said this.”
Babuji’s condition worsens, and Baa becomes concerned. She leaves to check on him. Aadhya panics and has a panic attack, crying for Anupama. The doctor says, “I need to give her an injection.” Baa pours milk over Kanha Ji, praying, “I’ll keep doing this until Anupama is okay.” Dimpy urges Babuji to drink juice, but he refuses until Anupama is fine. Meenu says, “Pain unites everyone.” Kinjal adds, “This is Mummy’s love for us all. We’ll all pray.”
Aadhya, distressed, asks Anuj, “Will anything happen to Mummy? Why is it taking so long?” The doctor emerges again, saying, “The surgery is ongoing, but her condition is critical. There’s a lot of blood loss. The survival chances are just 1 percent.” Aadhya breaks down, recalling how she had treated Anupama poorly. Baa prays fervently. Meenu and Kinjal join her.
The doctor asks Anuj to sign a consent form. Toshu, confused, asks, “You said there’s only one chance.” Anuj replies, “Anupama will turn that 1 percent into 100. She will fight, and I trust her.” He signs the form. The nurse then rushes in, saying, “The patient is sinking.” Anuj is stunned. Aadhya cries, “No! Mummy!” Anuj insists, “Nothing will happen to Anu.” Toshu and Sagar are shocked. The doctor tries to revive her. Anuj pleads, “You can’t lose her. We need her. She can’t give up.”
Aadhya, Toshu, and Sagar beg Anupama to fight. Anuj continues, “Fight, Anu, don’t give up.” A specialist arrives and heads into the OT. Everyone prays. The doctor finally comes out, telling them, “She’s still breathing, but we don’t know for how long. There’s just a 1 percent chance left to save her.”
Aadhya cries, “I can’t live without Mummy. She searched for me.” Anuj reassures, “Nothing will happen to her.” Anupama struggles to breathe. Babuji arrives with Meenu. Aadhya hugs him, crying. Meenu asks, “Where is he going, leaving me?” Anuj walks away. Aadhya asks, “Where are you going?” Toshu comforts her, “Handle yourself. Nothing will happen to Mummy.” Babuji says, “I’ll die if something happens to her.” Titu says, “Stay strong. Nothing will happen to Mummy.”
