Rudra says, “I saw Jhanak getting dizzy before the performance, and you made her dance a lot, Shrishti ji.” Brij suggests getting medical tests done. Queenie agrees but insists on keeping the results on hold. Shrishti responds, “Obviously, if Jhanak took drugs, we have to ban her for life.” Brij concurs. Anirudh observes quietly. Rudra lifts Jhanak and takes her away.
Anirudh tells Arshi, “Come with me, the media is here. Listen to me, she is your sister.” Arshi follows him. The host announces, “Jhanak has fainted, the medical team is on its way, please be patient, we’ll announce the results soon. Take a break till then.” The doctor examines Jhanak and suspects she took sedatives. Arshi asks, “You mean Jhanak didn’t take any drugs?” Shrishti retorts, “Drugs are strictly prohibited.”
Pratiksha smiles. Rudra defends Jhanak, saying, “Any contestant can take pills for sleep issues. You can check the rulebook. You blamed her for taking a special drug.” Shrishti agrees to wait for the medical results. Anjana searches for Appu. Dadi mentions she had opened the door earlier, and Appu was crying. Anjana explains she had locked the door. Dadi worries, “What if she got hurt?” Anjana claims she was going to open it after making tea.
Tanuja asks why they’re arguing with Dadi. Bipasha says, “Appu is stubborn.” Lalon takes Appu away, and she smiles. A man comments, “Lalon is with Appu; his mom will go mad when she finds out.” Everyone claps for Pooja. Lalon begins singing. Appu smiles. Shrishti states that it’s the organizer’s responsibility to take Jhanak to the hospital and get her tested. A man assures, “Nothing happened during the performance.” The doctor confirms that Jhanak is just sleepy and that everything will be clarified after the tests. Rudra insists they take her to the hospital, and Aditya agrees, saying, “Let’s go now.”
Anirudh questions Aditya’s intention, asking why he wants to take Jhanak. Aditya greets Arshi and then mentions, “We’ll take her in my car. Anyone can come along.” Anirudh inquires if Jhanak came to the show through Aditya’s reference. Aditya hints that Anirudh doesn’t know much about her. Anirudh explains, “We got engaged before, but…” Aditya interjects, “Anyway, you’re here for a few days, and your wife is performing.” Anirudh dismisses him, but Aditya mocks him, “How many things will you manage? Worry about Arshi, I’ll take care of Jhanak.” Rudra picks up Jhanak.
Lalon sings “Bolo Naam Kya Mera,” and everyone claps for him. Bipasha asks, “Why are you angry? Do you feel bad when I say anything about Appu?” Lal responds, “What are you saying, Maa?” Anjana retorts, “You’ll understand when you become a mom. Talk to your mom on the phone, she’ll explain.” Tanuja comments, “Appu always asks for food.” Dadi says, “Appu feels hungrier, that’s why she asks for food.” Bablu defends Appu. Aditya and the team take Jhanak to the hospital.
The doctor checks her and asks, “What happened to Jhanak?” Aditya explains the situation and requests the doctor to perform tests. The doctor confirms that Jhanak can’t open her eyes, and further tests will be conducted. Anirudh offers to pay for the tests, but the man assures, “It’s our responsibility.” Rudra questions the man’s connection to Jhanak, knowing he’s Shrishti’s son-in-law. Aditya confirms, “Yes, he knows Jhanak well.”
Anirudh tells Aditya to leave, but Aditya insists on speaking with him privately. Choton scolds Lal for ordering food for Bipasha, claiming they can’t have chocolates for Appu. He says, “You can’t always eat secretly in your room.” Bipasha and Choton argue. Tanuja steps in, telling Choton to listen to Bipasha’s words. Dadi urges Choton to be quiet.
Aditya confronts Anirudh, questioning why he wasn’t with Jhanak when she needed him. Anirudh responds that he didn’t know she was in trouble. Aditya mocks him for remarried life and insinuates that Anirudh wants both Arshi and Jhanak. Anirudh defends himself, saying Jhanak is talented, and he cares for her. They continue arguing. Aditya claims, “You lost Jhanak, now it’s my turn to win her.”
