Malishka takes Kiran to the glass wall, explaining that the decorator warned her to keep everyone away from it. She mentions that it’s mounted on a wheel that is fixed with a screw, and if the screw comes out, it could be dangerous. Sitting down, she opens the screw and places Paro’s doll underneath it. Malishka tells Kiran that she will bring the cake and lure Neelam near the wall while also informing Paro about her doll’s location.
She plans for Paro to retrieve her doll, causing the wall to fall on Neelam. Kiran expresses concern about what might happen to Neelam, but Malishka insists that they must lose something to gain something. Kiran instructs Malishka to have Anushka record the video without revealing their plan. Malishka agrees and heads off to get the cake, knowing it will soon be midnight. She returns with the cake and positions Neelam in front of the wall, telling everyone to get ready for the cake-cutting.
Malishka asks Paro whose doll it is, and Paro excitedly claims it as hers, reaching for the doll. Malishka prompts Anushka to start recording.
As Rohan moves toward Neelam, Kiran intervenes, asking if she can cut the cake with him. He agrees. Karishma calls everyone to gather. Malishka then tells everyone to stop and asks Neelam to share how she feels, as it’s her grandson’s birthday. She takes Anushka’s phone to record Paro and waits for the wall to fall on Neelam. Neelam expresses her love for Rohan, saying she loves him more than Rishi.
Lakshmi sees Rishi crying and thinks he might be upset with her, but she understands his pain at seeing his mother in such a condition. She sits beside him on the bench, and he holds her hand, resting his head on her shoulder as he cries deeply. Just then, Malishka and Kiran arrive. Malishka smugly asks if she has separated or united them, to which Kiran responds that they won’t be separated this way; instead, a permanent wall of doubt must be created between them. Kiran insists that if doubt doesn’t come between them, nobody can separate them. Malishka confidently claims that doubt will come and will ultimately break their relationship.
Malishka pulls Lakshmi’s hand, urging her to leave Rishi. She then asks Rishi why he’s crying and points out that his wife is there. Ayush, pretending to be called by Aanchal, takes Rishi away. Kiran notes that Ayush did this intentionally, while Malishka suggests they check if Aanchal has accomplished her task. The doctor then emerges, announcing that the operation was successful and that Rishi’s mother will be fine soon. She inquires who applied ointment to her forehead. Anushka informs her that Malishka had asked Lakshmi not to apply it, but Lakshmi did so anyway.
Malishka feigns innocence, apologizing, but the doctor commends Lakshmi for doing a good job, as she managed to stop the bleeding with the ointment. Rishi expresses his gratitude to Lakshmi for saving his mother, while Aanchal mentions that Lakshmi did this to cover up Paro’s mistake. Malishka smiles, pleased with the unfolding situation. Shalu arrives with Paro, who asks about aboBadi’sadi’s Mom’s condition and expresses concern that she might wake up upon seeing her. Malishka seizes the moment to instigate Aanchal and the others against Paro, claiming that she acted deliberately.
Lakshmi defends Paro, saying she is just a little girl. As Shalu, Lakshmi, and Paro prepare to leave, Malishka intervenes, questioning how they can let Paro go. Aanchal then instructs the inspector to arrest Paro, and he agrees. A juvenile home officer steps in, stating she will take Paro with her, prompting the inspector to leave. Malishka manipulates Paro into saying negative things about Neelam, making her claim that she hates her. Rishi tries to intervene, but Aanchal continues to coax Paro into saying what they want. Malishka revels in her success as Paro expresses her disdain for Neelam.
Lakshmi warns Malishka to stop, but the juvenile home officer insists that Paro must come with her due to the attempted murder charge against Neelam. Rishi, Lakshmi, and Shalu attempt to prevent Paro’s arrest, but they are unsuccessful. As Paro is taken away, Rishi is about to follow them, but the doctor informs him that Neelam has regained consciousness and is calling for him. Ayush urges Rishi to meet Neelam, promising to go after Paro, but Karishma stops him.Paro runs to Lakshmi and hugs her tightly, both of them in tears. The juvenile home officer tells Paro to come along, but another lady assures them they won’t scare the girl.
Shalu pleads with them not to take Paro, while Lakshmi insists on her innocence. The officer explains that they must take her since a case has been filed for the attempted murder of Neelam. Lakshmi and Shalu step outside, witnessing Paro being taken away. Rishi tells the doctor that his mother hasn’t gained consciousness yet. Avinash chastises the group for sending a little girl a to juvenile home, leading to an argument between Karishma and Aanchal. Malishka whispers to Aanchal that one of the complainants is Rishi, suggesting he might get angry when he finds out. Just then, Rishi emerges, asking Ayush why he didn’t follow them. He demands to know who filed the complaint, and Aanchal admits that she called the police.
