Amruta makes Virat wear the ring, and Dildar dances. Babita says, “I will give Amruta the sugar.” Ishika insists, “No, I will give it. It’s the same whether I give it or you. I am her stepmother, after all.” Jayesh agrees, saying, “Yes, give them blessings.” Ishika puts her hand in the sugar box and screams, “Ants!” The ants crawl all over her. Ishika screams and itches while Jayesh tries to help her.
Deepika tells her to go to the washroom. Ishika continues to scream. Babita angrily asks, “Who did all this? What if Bebe picked this? How careless are you people? You couldn’t bring one sugar box, right? What if I had opened it? They did this intentionally. This was Amruta’s plan. This is what she will do in this house. I can’t let you marry her, Virat.”
Babita throws Amruta’s belongings out. She declares, “I won’t let you stay here.” As she throws her things out, a phone falls from Amruta’s bag. Virat picks it up and asks, “Whose phone is this?” He turns it on, and Virat’s friend says, “The phone is turned on.” Virat replies, “I was looking for this phone. The call was made to that goon from this phone. This phone was always operated from this building. What is this phone doing in your bag, Amruta? This means you’re behind all this. You were acting in front of me.” Amruta is shocked. Virat accuses her, “You defamed us.” Amruta protests, “What are you saying? This isn’t my phone.” Bebe insists, “Don’t lie now.”
Bhavani says, “This isn’t ours.” Virat explains, “This phone was being tracked by our detective.” Shekhar calls that number, and the phone rings. Babita says, “She took the pictures so she could trap my son and marry him. What a shortcut to get rich. I was always right about that girl.” Nimirt adds, “She was just after Virat’s money.” Kavita agrees, saying, “You’re right. Her mom was out there safe. How convenient.” Jahan comments, “Your daughters must do all this.” Bebe responds, “Don’t you?” Bhavani interrupts, “Stop it. Amruta can’t do all this.” Amruta insists, “I won’t take any blame on me. Why would I risk my dignity? I went to the police station to save you.”
Virat asks, “Where did this phone come from? You came to the police station to save me.” Babita accuses, “So she could marry you and get your money.” Virat retorts, “You’re a liar.” Amruta argues, “I am not lying. This phone isn’t mine.” Virat replies, “I can’t trust you. Only we knew where we were going. It was all your plan. That person was your hire to take those pictures. I trusted you so much. I did so much for your family. This was all a drama.
You were doing all this to trap me. It’s all your fault. My mom was always right about you. You were always after my money.” He says, “Shekhar called the police.” Amruta urges, “Yes, call the police. I didn’t do anything. Go and call the police. I didn’t do anything. It doesn’t prove anything. I am not scared of the police.” Virat says, “The police will come. Let’s check this phone for fingerprints. Let’s call our detective. Let’s get a forensic analysis done.” Amruta replies, “I am ready. Do whatever you want.” Babita looks scared. Amruta warns, “You will have to marry me because you promised me, otherwise get ready to go to jail.” Amruta realizes Virat was just acting.
Scene 2
Babita tells Amruta, “You will be out of my son’s life. Virat won’t let another girl fool him.” Shekhar informs Virat that he’s going to pick up the phone from the forensic report. Harsh tells Amruta, “See how Virat insulted you. He wants to send you to jail again.” Amruta responds, “You’re not understanding.” He leaves. Virat gives Amruta ice cream and says, “Let’s celebrate our best performance. You knew I was acting, right?” She replies, “Yes.”
Virat asks, “How do you understand without me saying anything?” Amruta says, “You’re so bad at it.” Virat adds, “We will find out who owns the phone pretty soon. Our plan worked out.” They both eat noodles together. Virat mentions, “The report is at the lab. I have to go now.” He continues, “That person will definitely come to the lab.” Babita worries, “I should go to the lab.” Virat and Amruta wait outside the lab, feeling sleepy. No one comes. Virat says, “I am going to fall asleep.” Amruta insists, “We’d succeed this time.” Virat falls asleep on her shoulder. Babita arrives in a hoodie and mask, wondering why they are sitting outside.
