Arshi says, “You don’t love me; you love Jhanak.” She cries. Arshi continues, “I lose to her because of you, Ani.” Anirudh cries. The host welcomes everyone to the “Star Dancer of India.” She introduces the judges: Michael Lewis, Queenie Bedi, and Rohit Chopra. She says we will start with an opening dance by the master dancer, Mr. Rudra Pratap. Everyone claps for him. The host says, “Amazing! We have Brijbhushan ji with us.” She asks Brij to share his thoughts on the rocking performance. Brij says, “Real art isn’t shown but kept safe for the right time; you all liked the performance.”
The host says the competition has started between the mentors. Rudra says, “Dance isn’t something to hide; we should celebrate it when we want. It’s not done by seeing a special stage; we have to show the art. Did I say it right? Do you agree, Brijbhushan ji?” Everyone claps. Michael says, “Rudra, get talent on this stage.” Rudra replies, “I’m doing my job; all of them are champions for me. Just one will win in the finals.”
The host says, “We all know you both want to make your contestants win, but someone who will win the competition has to be named.” Mrinalini asks, “Will you have tea?” Choton says, “You were asking me to leave.
I always ask for tea, not today. A person isn’t like he appears; you are educated and sensible. I won’t come to trouble you again.” Rudra says, “I will take one name if you are forcing me; I feel the deserving one is Jhanak Raina.” Everyone claps. Jhanak folds her hands and smiles. Rudra continues, “She is from Srinagar; her mum was also a dancer.
She didn’t come into the limelight but gave her the dance talent. She is no more, but seeing Jhanak, I know her mum was a great dancer.” Brij thinks, “This girl is clever and is an expert in getting people’s sympathy. She got Rudra on her side, and now he is praising Urvashi on stage.” Choton says, “You have helped me; you are soft-hearted. You solved my problem. You are nice; you value others’ feelings. You are strict; you should be. You run a big school; I respect you. If you feel bad, then forget it. You deserve a nice guy, someone who fills happiness in your life. I have darkness in my life.” He leaves. Mrinalini cries.
Appu says, “I will run away.” She leaves. Lalon prays to Bhole Baba. He dances. Appu asks, “Where is Lalon?” The man says he is there. Appu says, “I will find him today; he will be caught today.” She comes there and prays. Lalon asks everyone to come. She follows him. Rudra says, “Dance is in her blood and name; she will please the world with her dance.” Everyone claps. Brij thinks, “I have no enmity with you, but you will lose everything today. I will ruin your name and this Jhanak; it’s my promise.”
Tanuja says, “It’s your favorite dal; have more.” Anjana comes and says, “Appu isn’t in her room. Did anyone see her? She didn’t eat lunch.” Dadi says, “She might be playing outside; don’t worry. Why didn’t she eat food?” Tanuja says, “Maybe she isn’t hungry.” Anirudh says, “She eats early.” Anjana says, “She didn’t come to ask for food.” Anirudh says, “We should find her on the terrace.” Arshi says, “I think you aren’t interested in feeding me.” Shubh asks, “How did she go? Rumi, go and see.” Rumi says, “I’m having food.”
