Aanchal comes home, and Anushka asks how Mami is doing. Aanchal says Mami is better but hasn’t fully recovered yet. She praises Malishka for staying with Neelam all night and going to court for her. Karishma says Aanchal is acting like Malishka is a villain. Dadi says she didn’t say that, but Karishma insists Aanchal is on Malishka’s side. Rishi enters and says that Malishka and Aanchal made Pari say she hates her mother. Aanchal gets angry and tells Rishi she will fight for Neelam, then storms off.
At the court, the lawyer tells Lakshmi that he worked all night on the case. He talks to Malishka’s lawyer. Lakshmi tells Shalu they will win and that she won’t let Pari get hurt by Malishka. Malishka and Kiran arrive at the court. The lawyer tells them that nobody can save the girl, and he plans to finish the case quickly because he is going on holiday next week. Malishka says the girl shouldn’t be saved and thinks Lakshmi and Rishi will break up.
Aanchal asks Rishi to support them and not turn against his mother. Rishi says he loves his mom and questions why Aanchal doesn’t trust him. Aanchal warns that if he supports Malishka, it could ruin many relationships. Dadi and Ayush come in. In the courtroom, Paro meets Lakshmi and feels emotional. Paro says she couldn’t sleep all night. Lakshmi comforts her, saying they will get her out of there. Rishi also comforts Paro. The lawyers start their arguments. Paro’s lawyer, Manoj, says Paro is a good girl, while Malishka’s lawyer claims she is bad and wanted to hurt Neelam. Lakshmi defends Paro, saying she didn’t mean to hurt Neelam.
Aanchal asks the judge if she can speak, saying she will support her sister and talk against Paro. Malishka’s lawyer says Paro should go to a juvenile home and plans to call Sushma, who heard Paro say she hates Neelam. Lakshmi insists that Paro is just a child and didn’t mean it. Malishka then says if Lakshmi can defend her daughter, she will defend her mother-in-law, pretending to cry about Neelam’s condition.
The judge warns Lakshmi and Malishka to stop their argument or they will be removed from the court. They both quiet down and sit down. Gajab Tiwari asks Sushma, who is on the stand, if she heard Parvati say she hates Neelam. Sushma replies that she only heard Parvati say she doesn’t like Neelam before leaving the stand.
Gajab Tiwari tells the judge that he has more evidence to prove that Parvati is responsible for Neelam’s condition. The judge orders the police to take Parvati away.Gajab Tiwari plays a video showing how Prachi caused the decoration wall to fall on Neelam. The judge believes Parvati is at fault and decides to send her to a remand home. Just then, the lunch bell rings, and the judge announces that the hearing will continue after lunch.
Malishka approaches Lakshmi and blames her for Parvati’s situation, saying Lakshmi should have left when she was asked. Lakshmi tells Malishka to stop pretending and accuses her of making Parvati say she hates Neelam. Lakshmi vows to show Malishka what a mother will do for her child.
Gajab Tiwari talks to Malishka and asks if she is happy. Malishka expresses her desire for Lakshmi to beg her for Parvati’s release. She explains that she needs Gajab Tiwari to ensure Parvati goes to jail and then to the remand home. Malishka plans to change Parvati when she returns. Gajab Tiwari agrees. Shalu overhears their conversation and resolves to save Parvati.
Parvati meets Rishi and speaks with him, but Lakshmi soon arrives and takes Parvati away, asking Rishi to go back to his family. Later, Lakshmi talks to Parvati before leaving. Aanchal tells Karishma that they need to get justice for Neelam, and Karishma agrees. Aanchal insists they must send Parvati to jail, which angers Ayush, who argues with them, insisting that Parvati didn’t do anything wrong.
