Rishi urges Lakshmi not to leave their conversation unfinished and asks her to respond. As Lakshmi tries to answer, she realizes the door is locked. Rishi insists that even God wants them to talk and presses her for an answer. Meanwhile, the kids are playing outside, and Rohan invites Shalu to join him, but she declines. Rohan questions her, reminding her that she’s his Maasi, prompting Shalu to hug him emotionally. Paro then asks Rohan if he said something to Shalu, to which Shalu replies no. Paro expresses her wish that their mother doesn’t take them to the village, and the kids go back to playing.
Shalu contemplates her decision, thinking she doesn’t want to separate from Lakshmi and Paro, but feels it’s necessary. Back inside, Lakshmi tells Rishi she will answer all his questions if it’s God’s will, but he must trust her and not expect answers he wants to hear. Rishi asks her if she has moved on. Lakshmi affirms she has, but Rishi accuses her of lying. She insists it’s her decision, but Rishi continues questioning her, asking why Parvati resembles him, why she named her Parvati, and why she ran away from him.
He demands to know why she hides her existence from him and prevents Shalu from speaking with them. Rishi claims if she didn’t have feelings for him, she wouldn’t have eloped. Lakshmi challenges his reasoning, stating that she left because she did have feelings for him. Their argument escalates, with Rishi declaring that their hearts still beat for each other and that Parvati is his daughter. Lakshmi counters that if he believes that, then Parvati cannot be his daughter, and he should go back to Malishka if he wants a child. Rishi shouts her name in frustration.
In another room, Karishma discusses Mihika’s fashion show with Aanchal, who expresses her disdain for poor people, stating she only donates because of Neelam. Just then, an NGO girl approaches, prompting Aanchal to leave. However, she collides with someone, spilling juice on herself. Malishka, acting sweetly, invites Aanchal to her room to clean the stain. Back to the locked door, Lakshmi insists that Rishi should stay away from Paro and her. Rishi responds that he doesn’t appreciate how she speaks to him. Lakshmi expresses her dissatisfaction with her current situation, stating that she got what she didn’t want.
Rishi asks if she has an issue with Malishka or with him. She clarifies she has no problem with who he associates with, while Rishi confesses he hasn’t moved on and still loves her. He wonders why there’s hatred and pain in her eyes when they’re together and questions why she seems nervous when he gets closer. He pleads with her to express her true feelings, revealing that he cannot live with the pain of their separation. Lakshmi replies that their fates are not meant to intertwine and reminds him of all the hurt he has caused her. They both shed tears as the emotional music plays, and she attempts to open the door.
Meanwhile, Shalu notices Ayush standing nearby. He asks if something is wrong and expresses concern about speaking with her since he is married. Ayush suggests calling Anushka, but Shalu warns him to stay away, threatening to tell Anushka about their conversations. Ayush insists they would have a different story if she had reached out to him first. Back at the locked door, Karishma, Malishka, and Aanchal arrive to check on Rishi and Lakshmi. Karishma assumes Rishi is inside and urges him to open the door. Rishi attempts to help Lakshmi, but she stops him from speaking. Aanchal announces the door is locked from the inside, leading Karishma to call Mukesh for the master key. As they wait, Malishka suggests breaking the door down, and she leaves. Mukesh arrives to unlock the door but heads off to get a hammer instead.
Just then, Rishi opens the door, and Lakshmi steps out, followed closely by him. He declares that together, they can face any trouble. Rishi confesses that he knows she still has feelings for him, and he admits he loves her deeply and has missed her. Lakshmi becomes emotional at his words. Unbeknownst to them, Malishka stands nearby, overhearing their conversation and feeling teary-eyed. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she hasn’t missed him even once, causing her to cry. He reassures her that she doesn’t need to say anything and gently wipes her tears. Meanwhile, Malishka watches from a distance, tears in her eyes, and her expression turns vengeful as she walks away. Lakshmi also leaves the scene.
As Shalu and Ayush accidentally bump into each other, they grasp each other’s hands to prevent themselves from falling. Ayush acknowledges that he has been acting as if all the mistakes are Shalu’s and admits he’s been behaving foolishly. Shalu proposes they talk normally without discussing their past. Ayush agrees, and Shalu walks away. Anushka appears, warning Shalu to stay away from Ayush. Shalu retorts that everyone talks the same way, but she won’t be like her sister, who endures everything.
Malishka shares with Kiran her observations of Lakshmi and Rishi in the bathroom. Kiran advises her to act helpless in front of everyone to gain their sympathy, suggesting she place all the blame on Lakshmi instead of Rishi. Malishka approaches Neelam, expressing her fears that Lakshmi might try to take Rishi away from her. She pretends to be helpless and distressed. Karishma tells her to calm down, reminding her that there are guests present. Neelam, concerned, decides to confront Rishi.
Lakshmi confides in Shalu about her struggles, saying she can’t bear Rishi’s relentless questioning. She expresses her frustration with everyone asking her about their relationship, including Aanchal. Just then, Paro arrives, declaring she doesn’t want to leave. Rohan calls for Paro, and Shalu offers to get her some water.
Rohan encourages Paro to take anything she wants from the return gifts, affirming that she can take whatever she desires as his sister. Paro chooses a gift and asks Rishi to help her sit. She reveals her plan to run away with Rohan, stating she told their mother she doesn’t want to go. Rishi playfully says he’ll join them in their escape.
Neelam approaches Lakshmi and Shalu, demanding to see their tickets. Shalu responds that they are leaving that night and don’t need to show their tickets. Neelam chastises her for being mannerless. Paro interjects, telling Neelam not to speak to her Maasi that way, recalling how Neelam had scolded her before and clarifying that she didn’t put any lizard on her. Lakshmi reassures Paro that it’s okay for elders to scold her. Neelam continues her confrontation, and Lakshmi suggests she should consider how to speak to children. Karishma scolds Lakshmi as Neelam grows upset.
Meanwhile, Rohan and Paro play together, but Paro falls and starts to cry. Lakshmi rushes to comfort her, while Rishi arrives and expresses concern for Paro. Lakshmi worries that Paro might be taken away from her, adding to her anxiety about the situation. Rishi reassures Paro, telling her that he won’t let anything happen to her and that he will make her feel better. He distracts her by mentioning that the principal is looking for her because she hasn’t done her homework. As he tends to her foot, Paro asks where the principal is. Rohan explains that their dad distracted her to make her foot feel better. Rishi lifts Paro, enjoying their fatherly bond, which makes Lakshmi smile as she recalls her own bonding moments with her children.
Malishka observes them and remarks that they look like a family, prompting Neelam to express her disapproval of the situation. Karishma comments that Lakshmi is untrustworthy, questioning whether she will leave or not. Neelam admits she doesn’t trust Lakshmi either. Malishka claims that when she first saw Paro, she saw Lakshmi in her and that both girls share a dislike for Neelam. She instigates Neelam against Paro, suggesting that Lakshmi has taught Paro to hate her. Lakshmi overhears and asserts that Paro doesn’t hate anyone; she’s just a child who loves and respects everyone. She insists that children can be taught with love, even if they don’t initially understand.
Neelam, however, dismisses Lakshmi’s comments, telling her not to speak to “low-class people” and insists they don’t matter to her. Lakshmi walks away, and Malishka critiques her for giving lectures without self-awareness.In tears, Malishka reflects on Rishi’s and Kiran’s words, pretending to be helpless. Karishma and Aanchal notice her crying. Karishma urges her to ignore Lakshmi’s presence, asserting that she cannot replace her. Malishka recounts seeing Rishi and Lakshmi together in the washroom, claiming Rishi wiped Lakshmi’s tears and expressed his love for her. This angers Malishka as she cannot overlook what she witnessed.
Aanchal reassures Malishka that they all love her, just like Neelam does, emphasizing that she’s a reflection of Neelam. Karishma mentions how things have changed since Lakshmi arrived, while Aanchal insists they should not tolerate Lakshmi anymore. She encourages Malishka to assert her claim on Rishi and suggests that she dance with him while the lights dim. Malishka dances intimately with Rishi, trying to provoke Lakshmi. Everyone applauds, but Lakshmi steps away, asserting that she won’t be affected by Malishka’s attempts. Shalu joins her, saying Rishi is merely trying to make her jealous and that he is acting for his ego.
Aanchal invites Rishi to sit with her, complimenting his dance with Malishka and stating they complete each other. Malishka agrees, and Aanchal calls Rishi lucky to have Malishka as his wife. Dadi, while playing cards, encourages Aanchal to ensure Ayush recognizes their connection. Aanchal tells Ayush to address Malishka as “Bhabhi,” but Malishka quickly denies it. Eventually, Ayush concedes and agrees to call her “Bhabhi,” which pleases Aanchal. Dadi questions Aanchal’s intentions, hinting that she might be planting ideas in Ayush’s mind about a destined couple. Dadi leaves, and Malishka expresses gratitude to Aanchal for suggesting she dance with Rishi, noting how it upset Lakshmi. Aanchal affirms her support for Malishka, declaring that she will always stand against Lakshmi.
